在迪拜如何查询、支付交通罚款？

本人是个新手司机，刚拿到迪拜驾照也就三个多月，虽然一直文明行车，自觉遵守交通规则，但总是报着“侥幸”的心态。例如过十字碰见黄灯闪时总是临门一脚，加速行驶，也总是能幸运的通过。
直到那一天，路边“可爱”的照相机冲我眨了眨眼，才真正意识到闯了红灯，开车不能投机取巧啊！！随后立刻研究了下迪拜的交通法，看后更是后悔莫及，原来不仅要交高额罚款，扣司机的操行分外，而且还要扣车。按照最新的迪拜交通法，“闯红灯”要交800dhs的罚金，司机操行扣8分，另加扣车15天，如果不想被扣车可以用交罚金替代，100dhs/天，这样算下来就是2300dhs。（哭啊！哇哇的啊！）没想到第一次违章就犯了个这么严重的，不过由此发誓这是第一个但也将是最后一个，怎么说咱也不能跟钱过不去啊！！据说交通罚款在政府财政收入占了很大比重，迪拜人挣钱果然很有一套。
想知道自己有没有接到罚单，最简单的就是登录迪拜警局的网站查询或点击迪拜人网站的“车辆违章查询”链接。
查找的方式有很多，可通过驾照号、车牌号、罚单号和档案号查询。如没有任何罚单，系统就会提示您，目前您没有任何违章的记录；如有罚单，系统就会显示并注明详细的信息，包括违章的日期、时间、地点、原因及罚款数额并备有图片。（真是证据确凿，想否认都不行啊！）
通常，罚单会在你违章的3到4个工作日内上传到网上，也就是说宣判前还要让你再受煎熬。等待的那几天，心情真是又紧张又担心，每天都在祈祷那个拍我的照相机是个“近视眼”，连做梦都是在网上查询违章记录。如果一周后显示还是无任何记录，那么恭喜你，你安全过关了！罚款金额最低100dhs，无具体上限，情形严重的由法院裁定罚款金额；司机操行分一年为24分，最低一次扣2分，最高24分。如果一年内24分尽失，那么你的驾照将被扣留3个月或一年，如果近期内又犯相同的错误，那么您的驾照就要被永久吊销（依据当地媒体报），当然你可以重新申请驾照，但程序之复杂繁琐绝对不是普通人能够忍受的；扣车以天计算，抵消扣车罚金为100dhs/天，单个错误扣车最少为7天，最多为60天。详细的罚款细则，可登录http://www.dubaipolice.gov.ae/dp/english/e_services.jsp?Page=A26&Id=11137&num2=INF&mainlayid=196 仔细研究。
支付普通的交通罚款可在指定地点的自助机上完成，也可到Emirates 银行内特设的交款机完成，也可去迪拜交通部（traffic department）直接办理。
支付需分、扣车的交通罚款必须到交通部办理，地点在Al Quasis迪拜警察总局后面。从Deira出发走钟楼附近Dnata总部前Sharjah方向的路（两边都是车行），然后直行，进地道，出地道向右并道，然后在Al Mulla Center十字路口右转，大概过一个交通灯后顺着标识右转，直行到头再右转，看到指示路牌后再右转就到了。（好像有点懵！不过您要是打车去就省心多了！）请注意交通部的上班时间为早7点半到下午1点，周五周六休息(看人家这班上的，真爽！)。
受理交通罚款的有两个地方，一个是进去右手边的一个大厅，受理窗口为21和22；还有就是在交通部靠后的一个小建筑，据说人很多，要等很久，建议还是选择第一个吧。工作人员都是当地人，态度还不错，很有礼貌，说明来意报上车牌号就可以支付罚金了，现金信用卡支付都可以。交罚金的期限到违章车辆的来年年检日。
举个例子，如果您的座驾是在今年9月份年检，那您的罚款可在明年9月前任何时间结清或同车辆年检的时候一起结清，不收取任何滞纳金。（但情节严重的，建议还是及时结清罚款比较保险）
最后，希望自己的这个经历能够帮助到大家，当然更希望大家永远都收不到罚单，永远牢记“文明行车，小心驾驶”，“自觉遵守交通规则”才是王道！！！！！！
