重大调整！阿联酋工作签有效期将延长至3年

阿联酋已经对该国的工作签期限做出了重大调整。根据联邦国民议会委员会（FNC）的建议，该国工作签的有效期限将延长至三年（the active duration of work permits in the country will be extended to three years）。

没有有效的工作签，在阿联酋工作是非法的。

在联邦国民议会委员会批准之前，阿联酋工作签的有效期为两年。此外，该委员会还提出了一项建议，即在雇员更换工作的情况下免除工作签费用（waive work permit fees in the instance of an employee changing jobs）。

对阿联酋的雇员而言，另一个重大变化是联邦国民议会委员会批准的一项决议，即雇员在成功完成试用期后必须在雇主处至少工作12个月（an employee must spend a minimum of 12 months with an employer following successful completion of a probation period）。

另据媒体报道，如果雇员和雇主同意，可不遵照执行此决议（if agreed by the employee and employer, according to media reports）。
