阿联酋联邦身份和公民权、海关和港口安全局（ICP）表示，违反阿联酋入境和居留法者，在通过ICP网站、APP或打字办公室（typing offices）支付相关罚款后，将会获得7天的许可证。他们必须在这期间离开该国（He must leave the country during that period）。
出境许可证也可以发给在阿联酋尚未获得居留卡的新生儿（for newborns in the UAE, who have not yet got residency cards），为了获得该项服务，申请人必须支付所有的罚款。
在阿联酋国内的新生儿必须有旅行证件才能离开该国（In the case of newborns inside the country, they must have a travel document to be able to leave it）。
签发出境许可证需要填写资料，附上所需文件和附件，支付规定的费用。最后，申请人通过电子邮件即可收到许可证。
