转载请注明出处及链接今儿跟大家分享下迪拜炒股这件事儿，我是新手，在国内也没玩过股票，所以表述会像新人一样啰嗦，股票老手们可自动略过，本文以提供客观信息为主，大家感兴趣的将就着看下。UAE的股票市场主要有两个，DFM和ADX（链接见文末）。以DFM为例，主页上会显示每天最活跃成交量5只股票，最大5只赢家股票，最大5只输家股票。大家感兴趣的可以先持续观察一周，你会发现，活跃的股票来来去去就那几只（地产股为主，比如大家耳熟能详的emaar；建筑金融股为辅，可谓顺应着世博的趋势应运而起）。 单击可以查看股票相关背景以及过去数年来的价格曲线. 基本上活跃的那几只股，距2013年以来都是坡线上升曲线。感兴趣的朋友，可以对比下其今年年初至今，去年世博确认后至今的上升比率。迪拜股市是去年全球股票市场表现最好的，实现100%的增长率。而年初至今又大约有30%的增长率。接下来是否能趁世博之势继续向上，就不得而知，各家有各家观点。

开户跟操作的过程：

  • 迪拜购买股票必须通过broker（中介），官网上会列出所有合法可用的broker电话与地址。
  • 炒阿联酋股票的交易费，各家中介都是统一的，所以在哪家开都一样，差别只是服务，还有就是后期有无优惠返现的活动。
  • 基本上买进跟卖出的交易费都是每笔75DHS 起跳。 金额超过28,000迪拉姆的，按照你交易额的0.00275比例扣除手续费。每家都一样。这属于金融监管会法律规定下的收费标准。我自己用的 的broker是：AL  JAZEERA FINANCIAL SERVICES 。
  • DFM列表上面的有的中介在阿布扎比，有的在迪拜，开户必须亲自到场签字。炒DFM跟ADX的股票，需要分开两份开户文件。

需要准备的资料有护照复印件和ID卡复印件。他们主要会给你申请两个表，一个是DFM的investor number 申请表.。这个你可让中介代为申请，也可自己到World  Trade Center的DFM办公室申请。 一个是在broker开的账户申请表。会给你一个ID号和密码，必须结合这两份文件，才可以正式在DFM上交易。所以个人建议可以直接到中介处，一步到位。

通常申请以后需要3个工作日左右，你的investor No跟你的ID账号就会批下来。然后他们会给你一个金融网页做交易，就跟国内给你个软件，你输入账号密码就可以开始交易。

然后你要往你的网上账户里Deposit（存钱入户），准备随时买进卖出。Deposit的方式是，你把钱汇款到中介提供给你的金融公司账号。通常是ENBD的账号，然后你要把你的汇款证明发给中介看，证明他们今天收到的钱是你发出去的。由于我在ENBD有开通网络在线银行服务，所以我通常网上转付，然后截屏，把支付成功的截图当做收据发到中介的邮箱，然后中介会给我邮件确定，然后我就可以在金融网页上看到我的账户里面显示我今天存进去的钱。然后随时可以开始交易。

这边DFM的交易时间是 10:00-14:00。你随时都可以下单，但是单子是否能有效成交就只能在交易时间内决定，这是网络下单的方式。还有另一种方式，如果刚好你今天上不了网，又很想交易，可以直接打电话给中介，他们的电话有录音，会记录下你的交易ID号，买的股票名，想购买的价格，然后在系统里帮你下单。当市场价格达到你的下单价格，你的交易就会成功。


如果你把你的股票卖掉后，钱就会在你的金融网页里面显示出来。如果你要把你的钱取出来，就打电话或email中介，我要把多少钱取出来。然后他们就会把钱转成支票，存放到你的银行账户名下。约两三天后，你就会在账户上看到这笔钱。

这就是大概的迪拜炒股流程。很快4月底是大多数公司的年会，年会后一般会有股票分红跟奖金，过后一般股价就会下滑，进入一个新的可购入点。感兴趣的童鞋可以跟着follow几家公司看看。
