关于在迪拜公司必须为自己的员工办理工资卡

最近就听到很多朋友说起，说是在迪拜工作的每一个员工，公司都要为其办理银行的工资卡。以后工资发放都要通过这个工资卡。如果公司不为员工办理工资卡，公司在工作签证的办理上将受到政府的阻碍。

而近日一些迪拜的朋友都收到了这样的通知：（感谢网友“御剑江湖”的提供）

“Subject:Reminder Note for Wages Protection System(WPS) Registration  We wanted to take earlist opportunity to bring your attention that the grace period for the third phase of the WPS implementation process,is due to its end ,as set out in the Ministerial Resolution No.(788)for the year 2009. Your respected company,which goes under this phase,didn’t appear within WPS database,until today.Hereby,we encourage you to speed up your registration process before the end of the grace period.

If your registration processes facing any challenges,please call us on our free toll 800665 or on WPS office numbers:02-4183874,02-4183893,04-7023328 or you can contact us through our email wps@mol.gov.ae.

In case of non-participation,Ministry of Labour will,regretfully,stop granting your company any internal or external work permits,as of 1st July 2010 and until the date of your registration in the system. Please ignore this letter if your company has been,already,registered in WPS. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

P.S:Labours wages details should be sent to WPS by your bank through salary information file (SIF).For more information about(SIF)file and active electronic signature card,otherwise,you can implement the file through Tasheel registered services centres and printing offices.”

迪拜讯：自2009年11月30日起，所有拥有100人雇员以上的商业机构，都必须通过银行系统来发放工资。
逐渐地，至2010年5月，所有雇主都必须通过劳工部的工资保护系统（WPS）来发放工资。

WPS，是劳动部规定每个公司必须加入的，以确保公平和及时地发放所有员工的工资。每名雇主必须选择任何一种注册代理机构来加入WPS（代理机构有：银行，Exchange和金融机构）。【大致就是每个员工要去银行或EXCHANGE开个户头办个卡】
每个员工都要办理银行卡，然后通过银行卡去提款机上提取现金。

时间：实施WPS的期限取决于公司的规模。100人以上的公司，应在11月30日前登记；15-99人的公司，在2010年2月28日前登记。少于15人的公司应在2010年5月31日前完成登记。公司在限期时间未完成注册的，将被拒绝新的工作长签申请。【所以现在看怎么都是超期了】

为实施WPS的期限取决于公司的规模。超过100名工人的企业，应登记11月30日之前，以15至99家公司员工由2010年2月28日，以及与公司少于15名工人在2010年5月31日。公司未能赶上最后期限的将被拒绝新的工作许可证和雇员没有任何手段来吸引他们的工资。

所以那些近期需要办理长签的公司尽快找银行或EXCHANGE落实这个事情吧！！否则耽误事情。

【不过很多老板表示都对此事不做回应，迪拜的中国老板真是蛋定啊~~】
