“今天去哪儿吃饭啊？”
“天上。”
今天要介绍的Dinner in the Sky（后简称”空中餐厅”），绝逼是我在迪拜7年的就餐体验中最最特别的一个。如其名，就是在天上吃饭，不是在飞机客舱里，也不是在与天齐的世界最高楼里，而是真正的 — 在天上。
“空中餐厅”这个概念最早源自比利时，然后在世界各地的40多个城市开展了5000多次，入选福布斯世界十大不寻常餐厅。你或许在吉隆坡，罗马，雅典和开普敦听说过Dinner in the Sky，现在有人将它引入到迪拜。用一架大型起重机将一个特制的悬空餐厅拉升到50米的高空，脚踩青空，四周没有任何遮挡，然后 — 吃饭。
其实大家也应该了解，”空中餐厅”拼的就是个风景，如果放在你家那个村儿那个店儿，那是绝对不会有人气的。迪拜的”空中餐厅”位于风景怡人的Marina区域，白天可看海景，晚上可看夜景，作为”空中餐厅”的安放地实在是不二的选择呀。
提前40分钟抵达Dubai International Marine Club — “空中餐厅”的等候区。在这里需要签署一份免责协议（没仔细看，希望不是生死状），你也可以在这里选择好自己的菜单。随后工作人员会给你套上一个就餐手环，”入场券”Get。
随后接送车将我送达就餐地点 — 一架超大的起重器，悬臂高顶在头顶。背包的和口袋杂物太多的朋友最好把东西放在侯餐区的储物箱里，以免高空坠物，砸到花花草草也是不好的嘛。
在上天之前，陪我们一起上天的工作人员大哥会给我们讲解一些注意事项和安全知识。然后大家就可以上前去选座位啦。选的方式是–站在座位后面。然后工作人员会一个个地把食客绑在椅子上，这种感觉就好像在游乐场坐云霄飞车前的准备–仪式感那么强，心情还有点小激动呢。
一切就绪后，就开始慢慢上天啦。我可以感受到视野的开阔，风和温度的变化，还有悬空的脚与脚下那微缩景物形成对比的突兀感。值得一提的是整个上天的过程非常平稳，完全不会左摇右晃，安全系数很高，大家可以放心。
悬停在”50米”这个远比字面上来的高的位置，我已经能看到开阔的迪拜港湾，排成列的白色游艇，被无数楼宇环绕，远方的帆船酒店默默矗立，附近刚好是迪拜skydive的场地，还能清晰地看到无数伞人从空中滑翔飘下的样子。在一个独特的位置领略到不同以往的角度，确实是一种不可多得的体验。
“空中餐厅”还贴心地自带旋转功能，整个餐区会慢慢地旋转，保证食客可以无死角地看到全部周遭的景致。如果你胆子够大，餐厅还允许食客完成”进阶版”体验。运用你那360度旋转及可前后滑动的椅子，感受真正的凌空微步。更刺激的选项，你还可以调整椅子达到平躺的状态 — 嗯，是在空中平躺，和在你车座椅上平躺的感觉可是完全不同哦。

虽然对于”空中餐厅”这种这么有噱头的就餐模式，菜好不好吃真的无所谓嘛，抱着吃垃圾食品的心态来，却吃到了相当赞的食物，反到让我有点小惊喜。一看帅主厨胸口Ritz Carlton的LOGO，原来是请了相当牛逼的外援啊。”空中餐厅”的烹饪部分全部由高大上的Ritz Carlton全程支持，虽然在空中烹饪受到很多条件限制，比如只能提供Set Menu，用餐时间较短，食物凉得比较快等等，但Ritz Carlton的招牌不能砸，五星级的餐标还是可以保证的，来看看究竟吃些啥吧！
前菜沙拉
芝麻菜、芝士球和小番茄看似普通，但配上basil cream就能让口味提升不少。
主菜炖牛肉
看似好像硬梆梆一块，其实炖得稀巴烂，肥瘦均匀，咬下去肉汁四溢，溶化在口。缺点是一定要赶紧趁热吃，不然就凉了。
甜品巧克力蛋糕
这蛋糕真心好吃，不甜不腻，入口清香后味浓郁。虽然菜品很少，但每一道都看得出其用心。点赞。
整个就餐体验在空中大概会持续50分钟左右的时间，不让你意犹未尽，也不让你审美疲劳。在最后的甜品结束后，餐桌便开始缓缓降下，双脚触地之时，绝妙的体验将铭记一生。
Dinner in the Sky拥有早、午、晚及下午茶的用餐，价格区间在499-799迪拉姆。我很难用性价比去谈论这种一生可能只会体验一次的饭局。但独一无二的就餐体验+五星级的餐标+一段难忘的经历，值不值这个钱，那就仁者见仁了。

价目表
时间选择：Dinner in the Sky提供比较多的就餐时区，除非你真的希望享受一顿美食，否则我觉得Tea Break的时间会更好一些，位于旁晚时分，有机会看到夕阳西下，重点是还更加便宜。
多穿衣服：吹呀~吹呀~我的骄傲放纵，事实证明在迪拜冬季的空中吃饭，即便是下午时分，多穿一点总归是没错的。而若是早餐和晚餐时间，建议拿出压箱底的厚衣服。当然，女生千万不要穿裙子。
拍照建议：在这么有逼格的餐厅吃饭，如果不发朋友圈是不是太亏了。介于在空中手脚不便，自拍的效果并不理想，贴心建议是带上你的自拍杆，或者拉上若干愿意为你拍照的朋友，绝对有与众不同的效果。
提前排空你的膀胱：在就餐前，务必排空你的膀胱，餐厅指南上明确规定，除非有非常紧急的事件发生，否则你只是憋着泡屎尿餐厅也是不会下降的。
