今天要讲一个浪漫故事，在浪漫的餐厅吃饭的故事……
Pierchic餐厅，估计大神级的吃货都已经吃过了，准吃货就算没吃过也应该听说过它的名字。上官网随便翻一翻它的履历，七次获得TimeOut迪拜最浪漫餐厅，两次获得TimeOut迪拜最佳海鲜餐厅，同时还获得TripAdvisor的杰出认证和旅行家精选推荐。瞬间感到其仿佛有一种横扫奥斯卡，拿遍小金人的范儿。
正因其丧心病狂地获得了的7次迪拜最浪漫餐厅的殊荣，Pierchic毫无疑问地被外界直接打上了迪拜最浪漫餐厅的烙印。那么就让我们一探究竟，Pierchic到底浪漫在什么地方……
Pierchic是一家位于Madinat Jumeirah的 Fine Dining海鲜餐厅，隶属于古堡酒店旗下的AL QASR酒店内。首先古堡系列酒店是我要夸一下，旗下四个酒店中的AL QASR更是我的心头好，几乎可以列入我心中最想住的迪拜酒店TOP3，阿拉伯皇宫风格，有气派而不土，有文化而不装，由于篇幅的关系，我就不展开说说了，以后有机会再向大家仔细推荐。
进入AL QASR酒店后直接步入后庭花园，走过小桥，穿过泳池，抵达风光无限的私人沙滩，看到一座木质的栈桥外延伸，伸向蔚蓝的海面，尽头的那个方形平台，便是Pierchic的真身了。
仅仅只是在沙滩看着Pierchic，就有一种”这好像不是迪拜”的错觉，发了一个朋友圈，很多人都以为是在哪个度假小岛。Pierchic远远就散发着一种淡然的，静谧的，自由的气质，犹如一个守望这片海域许久的优雅贵族。
踏上这延伸海面的木质栈桥，以一个摄影爱好者的心思，绝对是拍摄风光人像大片的好地方，尤其对于婚纱摄影堪称绝配，光冲这桥，就已经配得上”最浪漫”这三个字。而这栈桥之上，更是观摩帆船酒店的极佳位置，再拍一个倚栏听海观帆船，就足以拿出去装一个月的逼。在吃饭之前，蹭上这此情此景，为你的姑娘留下一些影像纪念才是真正的浪漫前戏。
Pierchic还在栈桥上开辟了吧台和餐区，可直面帆船酒店，在夜幕降临后微醺，做一个安静的美男（女）子。
Pierchic餐厅四面环海，四面落地窗，白天来采光和通透感极好，傍晚来赶个夕阳想必更是美翻。餐厅的布置简单优雅，有着一股子高级感，对帆船酒店有偶像崇拜的可以找个帆船景的沿窗座位坐下，喜欢纯色系海洋风的亦可面朝大海春暖花开。

饮品
菠萝头鸡尾酒务必要来上一杯，不仅造型奇特，还有着菠萝的热带香气和淡淡得几乎品不出来的酒意，感觉都谈不上是一款酒精饮料，不过重点是好喝就对了。

前菜
Pierchic作为一家海鲜餐厅，大家只要直接点带海鲜的菜品就可以了。前菜首推其备受好评的生蚝。个头大，蚝肉极为肥美，一口下去就是大海的气息，就连我这种对生蚝不怎么感冒的人都被深深折服。为了写这篇专门去查了资料，发现法国光生蚝就有30多个品种，而Pierchic里最好的生蚝正是来自法国的Gillardeau。这款生蚝最为法国厨师圈推荐，被誉为生蚝中的劳斯莱斯，怪不得让我有点上瘾呢。可是60迪拉姆一个的天价着实让人有点望而却步，不愧是”劳斯莱斯”呀。（不过文末会提及便宜吃到生蚝的办法）

主菜
主菜推荐一道海鲈鱼，相比其他餐厅吃到的小小一块，Pierchic这道菜的个头倒是惊为天人，外部的脆皮结合滑嫩的鱼肉，口感非常有层次。底部的沙拉搭配鱼肉的鲜味也变得更加美味。

甜品
甜品个人很喜欢芒果冰激凌配奇异果补丁，有着果味的清香和奇异果的芬芳，作为餐后甜品非常令人愉悦。

吃吃饭，看看海，听听潮水的涌动，顺便和妹子眉来眼去一番，Pierchic从面子到里子都是一个让人心情舒畅的用餐地。拥有无敌海景，栈桥长廊，和近在咫尺的帆船酒店，在浪漫这项指数上，Pierchic的先天条件确实好得过份。迎合最浪漫的头衔，Pierchic还能为客人在重要的日子做特殊准备，非常适合求个婚和纪念日啥的。
其实，要说这个世界谁最吃浪漫这一套 — 女人呀！！就好像报名儿童补习班的往往是望子成龙的家长，最喜欢订Pierchic的一定是哄女人高手呀！可是有”最浪漫”这三个字备书，在情人节圣诞节这种日子里一定贵得要死还一座难求，想带妹子去怎么破！其实Pierchic最具性价比的时候是平时的午餐SET MENU，人均199迪拉姆吃Fine Dining，话说在Pierchic随便点一道菜都要这个价，SET MENU直接给三道，还有”最浪漫”的名头担保，绝对值得带上你的妹子来上一次。
另外午餐SET MENU强烈推荐+100迪拉姆将前菜升级为生蚝，论单价卖要60迪一个，加100迪一点都不亏啊！还有尽量别点肉……
