迪拜酋长宣布，将在迪拜2020世博园对面建造一个占地6000万平方英尺的“贸易市场”，涉及仓储和货运站，利用杰布阿里（Jebel Ali）自由区的优势，向全球出口中国商品，其中中国将投资24亿美元。
10亿美元投资“菜篮子”工程
迪拜酋长还宣布，中阿产业投资基金将在迪拜启动一个价值10亿美元的“菜篮子”工程，包括批发市场、仓储物流、冷链供应等配套设施。用于农业、水产业和畜牧业的进口、加工和包装，并通过阿联酋的国际站优势，出口至世界各地。
这一些项目将进一步凸显阿联酋作为中国”一带一路”倡议战略合作伙伴的关键角色，中阿的合作也将愈来愈紧密。
