【2013.5.21 相关更新】《迪拜:家庭担保签证必须出具银行证明》 链接
之前木子有写过一篇关于迪拜申请父母签证的流程，近来咨询夫妻签证，子女签证的越来越多了，而且都是分散在不同的帖子里，基本每个帖子里木子也都有回答，想了想，还是整理到一篇，更有利于所有的会员的查找，所以呢，今天木子就把自己知道的，关于亲属签证的手续及材料整理如下：
一、夫妻签证
A:妻子签证（即老公申请妻子）
1， 申请人工资为AED3000的，必须出示申请人名下的租房合同
2， 申请人工资为AED4000或者以上的，不需要租房合同
3， 申请人签证及护照复印件
4， 被申请人护照复印件
5， 2张被申请人护照规格照片
6， 夫妻关系公证认证
7， 申请人劳工合同原件。请参考http://www.dibaichina.com/thread-26249-1-1.html
8， 如果申请人是PARTNER VISA，也就是我们普通说的老板签证。则需要出示与保人的股份合同

B：老公签证（即妻子申请老公）
1，申请人工资为AED9000，必须出示申请人名下的租房合同
2，申请人工资为AED10000或者以上的，不需要申请人名下的租房合同
3，申请人签证及护照复印件
4，被申请人护照复印件
5, 2张被申请人护照规格照片
6，夫妻关系公证认证
7，申请人劳工合同原件。
8，如果申请人是PARTNER VISA，也就是我们普通说的老板签证。则需要出示与保人的股份合同
9，在妻子这项，是有职业要求的。简单的来说，必须是要好的职位，必须和要求工资相符的职位。如医生，工程师，老师，经理等。假设某人的劳工合同上写的是普通职员，但是工资条件达到最低要求工资，这种情况也是基本会被拒签的，因为移民局会综合考虑该合同的真实性。
二、父母签证
1，工资要求最低20000迪拉姆/月
2，亲属关系公证认证
3，移民局的E-card（sponsor card，在移民局做的，递交材料的同时就要求做的，费用200.这个不用担心，到时候里面的人就会教你怎么做了）
4，至少2室的房屋租赁合同原件（必须在申请人名下）
5，父母亲照片各两张
6，最近一次的DEWA(迪拜水电局的水电单)
7，近3个月的工资证明（必须要求在银行或者EXCHANGE的出入账记录。现在基本每个人都有工资卡，所以这个比较简单）
8，材料递交时间：7：30am——8：00pm
9，普通申请材料打印：AED100，加急：AED200
10，父母亲签证押金：5000/人
11，新法律规定，必须同时申请父母双方。如果有特殊情况，如父母一方已死亡，或者离异，或者其他特殊原因，需要申请人带上相关材料去移民局申请，待检查通过后方能只申请一人。
12，申请人劳工合同原件。请参考http://www.dibaichina.com/thread-26249-1-1.html
13，申请人签证复印件
14，申请人护照复印件
15，被申请人护照复印件
三、子女签证
最好是由父亲申请，因为这样的话会比较简单，需要的材料如下：
1，不低于4000迪拉姆的月工资
2，申请人签证复印件
3，申请人护照复印件
4，被申请人护照复印件
5, 2张被申请人照片

7，签证申请表格。AED200
8，申请人名下的租房合同。（如果是妻子名下，要提供夫妻关系证明。其实在迪拜有人也尝试过出示亲戚的租房合同。这个得看情况的。可以尝试。但成功率不高）
9，申请人和被申请人的亲属关系公证认证
10，父母双方任何一方申请子女的要求都是上面。但是为什么我说由父亲申请更方便呢。因为，如果有妻子申请，还必须补充以下两个条件：
A:由丈夫方出示的不反对函。内容为：不反对妻子申请孩子来阿联酋。即使丈夫不 在阿联酋，都必须出示的。
B:夫妻关系公证认证。

妻子签没有租房合同也能通过交额外费用申请吗？
确认，父母签的收入是二万，或者一万九和二居室的合同。
父母签的基本工资要求好像涨到了20000了，求确认。

补充一下，关于父母签证，至少2室租房合同原件，此原件需要到Land Department (RERA) 认证(免费)。认证需要带的文件可以从那里咨询，其中最关键的是所租房屋业主的Title Dead (注意不是售房合同) 复印件，此要求及其变态，因为不是所有房屋都有Title Dead。
