阿联酋运营商Du表示没有证据显示华为的5G存在安全问题

阿联酋运营商巨头Du的首席运营官塞勒姆･艾尔巴卢西（ Saleem Albalooshi）周日接受路透社记者采访时表示，没有证据显示，华为的5G存在着美国政府所称的安全问题。

“我们与华为在发展5G技术上一直是合作伙伴的关系……从安全角度来说……我们在阿联酋有自己的实验室，我们也参观过他们（华为）的实验室……我们没有看到任何显示（华为的）5G存在安全问题的证据。”艾尔巴卢西补充道。

华盛顿方面声称，华为的设备将允许中国政府通过不正当的手段窥探全球的通信流量，并呼吁盟国不要使用华为的5G技术。

华为是全球最大的通信网络设备供应商，也是全球第二大的智能手机设备制造商，他们否认美国对其的指控。10月初，美国联邦通信委员会主席阿吉特･派（Ajit Pai ）在访问阿联酋、沙特和巴林时，提出了上述对华为5G技术的指控。

该公司在日益尖锐的中美贸易摩擦中成为了矛盾的中心，但是尽管美国政府极力通过贸易限制和政府游说来限制华为在中东地区的发展，但是数据显示，华为在该地区仍然有着强劲的业务表现。

然而，艾尔巴卢西也表示，美国政府威胁说，要停止与那些使用华为设备的国家开展情报共享，这引起了阿联酋运营商的担忧。

“毫无疑问，这是一个棘手的问题……但这是政府的决定。我们将会遵守政府作出的每一项政策和决议。”
