答：外籍人士，只能获得司法部正规注册的法律顾问legal consultant（法律顾问），或者delegate（委托），只有拥有阿联酋当地护照的当地人，通过考试的，才可以获得正规的律师证（lawyer）。

◤迪拜的当地律所有排名吗？怎样选择律所呢？
答：本地律所是几乎没有所谓的排名。如果你选择当地律所，那么要看其名字里面是否有advocate字样。因为在当地律所的执照上面，只能有当地律师的名字。然后打探名气。再看，律所对案件的分析，案件都是看证据的，不是靠关系（有的律所，会一直宣传他们和警局或者检察院或者法院有关系之类的，或者说“没问题，肯定赢”之类的话）。 如果您选择国际律所，做大型仲裁，那么，可以看看国际律所的规模和排名等。

◤我们看到，国内电视剧里面，是先打官司，后收费，迪拜这边呢？
答：迪拜这边几乎所有律所都要先收预付金的。只有少量的人道主义的案件，可以先不收预付金，甚至完全不收费。

◤我可以请国内的律师来迪拜出庭吗？
答：当地法院是不能的。国际仲裁的话，视情况而定。

◤如果有翻译/律所收了我的钱没有办事，还把我拉黑了。 或者有律所虚假宣传，夸大效果，给出不切实际的承诺，客户应该怎样维权呢？
答：如果是翻译涉事，以尝试报警让警察协助。如果律所涉事，则可以根据其书面宣传或承诺，把该文件和举证翻译成阿拉伯语，然后去司法部（Ministry of Justice ）做一个投诉（Complain）。

◤国内的公司/工厂，与迪拜的公司发生财务纠纷（例如拖欠货款），要做民事诉讼，是否要做营业执照的公证认证？
答：需要，因为国内的营业执照对阿联酋属于跨国的文件，跨国文件在阿联酋使用基本都需要做公证认证。具体步骤为：国内公证处公证 → 国内外交部认证 → 阿联酋驻中国大使馆认证 → 邮寄到迪拜 → 迪拜外交部认证 → 法律翻译成阿拉伯语 → 司法部贴章。

◤我来阿联酋打工，与雇主发生财务纠纷（例如拖欠工资），那么我还可以要到工资吗？
答：如果你有合规的工作签证（必须为雇主公司签证，其他公司签证不可以），那么可以通过劳工部投诉索要拖欠工资。如果你没有工作签证，那么属于非法打工，则非常难索要拖欠工资。
