根据Knight Frank发布的报告，截至2020年第二季度，迪拜主要写字楼的租金价格下降了6.8％，甲级写字楼和全市范围的写字楼租金价格分别比上年同期下降了5.9％和7.8％。
迪拜甲级写字楼的租金为131迪拉姆/平方英尺，全市平均租金为103迪拉姆/平方英尺。截至2020年第二季度，迪拜办公市场的整体空置率达到18.7％，较2019年第四季度的18.8％略有下降。
报告指出，尽管目前大多数主要写字楼的空置率相对较低，但随着新办公楼的交付，空置率将会上升。
迪拜目前有29个在建项目，价值48.5亿美元，交付日期为2024年，这些项目正在建设中，或者处于研究、设计阶段。
根据迪拜统计中心的数据，迪拜GDP在2018年增长了2.1％，在2019年增长了2.2％，牛津经济研究院（Oxford Economics）的预测显示，迪拜GDP预计不会在2022年之前恢复到2019年的水平。
