在阿联酋，因为当地政策，不管是迪拜还是阿布扎比抑或是其他酋长国。

都无法使用微信语音视频通话。

之前迪拜的几个公众号推荐过一个微信内的小程序叫做“腾讯视频云”。

这个小程序经过胖哥的实测，填写阿联酋的电话号码会提示手机号无效，填写国内的手机号，验证码依旧获取不到。所以基本上：

这个小程序已经失效了。

下面，胖哥给大家介绍几个在阿联酋可以正常和国内亲友语音视频通话的几个方式：



QQ

打开手机QQ，找到想要进行对话的联系人，然后选择聊天界面中右上角的“电话”按钮，在弹出的界面中选择QQ电话或者视频电话。

经过测试，Etisalat的WIFI网络要明显好于Du的网络。Du偶尔会有连接失败，延迟严重，音画不同步的情况。


腾讯会议

这是胖哥极力推荐的一种方式，也是目前我本人使用最多的一个视频聊天软件。

首先不管你是安卓还是苹果，都可以在各大应用市场内下载到。如果你只有阿联酋的手机号可以使用腾讯会议的国际版，叫做VOOV MEETING

下载完成，微信登录，可能需要绑定手机号。

进入之后的界面就是上图的样子，非常清爽简洁，选择“创建会议”就好。

这是创建会议的界面，直接下一步进入会议就好。

然后这就是会议内的界面。下面的功能也很简单，开启视频是可选项，是否发声也是可选项。最重要的功能就是这个“邀请成员”。因为现在会议室内就你一个人。

在邀请成员的界面点击右下角的“邀请”，系统会自动为你生成一个连接，把这个连接转发给微信上的好友就行了。

腾讯会议是目前胖哥使用起来最稳定最方便的一个视频语音聊天软件了。


抖音

这个方式相信很多人和胖哥我一样还不知道，我也是听朋友介绍才试了试，发现确实管用。

首先，你需要和聊天的对象在抖音里面“互相关注”。你是对方好友，对方是你好友，然后在对方的抖音主页内选择“私信”模式。

这就相当于一个聊天的界面，在这个界面的右上方有电话机和摄像机的按钮。电话就是语音通话，摄像机就是视频通话。很简单很方便。

经过测试，抖音聊天的品质也很高，没有出现网络延迟的状况。

但是胖哥我不推荐大家使用这个方式。因为抖音太魔性了，本来通个电话或者视频15分钟，因为你在抖音里，忍不住刷刷刷。

几个小时过去了。

有点耽误事。
