但是你知道么，曾经ZUMA的大厨，迪拜知名厨师Reif Othman现在已经自立门户，创办了自己的餐厅 —— Reif Kushiyaki。以不逊色于ZUMA的顶尖标准，餐标则直接降到了人均200迪拉姆左右，虽然还是有点儿小贵，但对标其质量可以说性价比超群了。
Reif Kushiyaki坐落在Jumeira一带的Dar Wasl Mall，位置相对华人和游客还是比较方便的。环境虽然不如ZUMA那般高大上，但精致有样，属于比较明朗轻快的日系现代风。有名厨加持，餐厅一经推出就获得了广泛食客的喜爱，迅速成为人气餐厅，同时夺下了2020年TimeOut最佳日料冠军头衔。
Kushiyaki是日语中炭烧的意思，可见Reif Kushiyaki并未主攻综合全面的日料组合，而是别出心裁地以街头小吃（Street Food）取胜。每一道菜都充满想象力，汲取日料与现代餐饮的融合，打造与众不同的全新日料风格。
[沙拉]
牛油果沙拉
这道菜可以说极富创造力，在其他餐厅闻所未闻。万万没想到牛油果居然也可以碳烤着吃！由圆炭烤炙过的牛油果肉，配上炸好的天妇罗小菜。吃起来需要把嘎嘣脆的天妇罗拌入柔软绵密的牛油果中，这滋味~无论视觉和味觉都给人全新的体验。
[鱼生]
RAW SALMON
这道日式腌鱼生选用的是薄薄的三文鱼切片，配上柚子青柠酱、味噌和香脆的炭火饭，再配上紫苏叶、罗勒油和青柠酱，裹在一起塞进嘴里，众多材料的完美组合在嘴中迸发，真是鲜美无比。尤其是这个炭火饭特别的香，与餐厅的“碳烧”主题也相吻合，可谓绝妙！

软壳蟹天妇罗寿司
迪拜玩寿司的餐厅真的太多了，但标准真的是层次不齐，常见的什么加州卷，龙卷这次就统统靠边吧，来试试这家店强烈推荐的软壳蟹天妇罗寿司，听名字就很高级有木有。用的是一整只软壳蟹，配以天妇罗的技艺，再用新鲜的墨西哥辣椒、腌制的红灯笼椒和黑芝麻米饭搭配。一口咬下金黄酥脆，味蕾在口中不断翻滚变化。
[肉]
日本和牛三明治
在澳洲和牛大行其道的迪拜，能吃上日本和牛其实是不容易的，而日本和牛一出，整个餐标也会直线上升。全场最贵的一道菜，就属这日本和牛三明治。而最高级的食材，往往采用最朴实的做法。相比迪拜很多和牛汉堡用的其实是肉馅，Reif的和牛三明治用的是一整块的厚切和牛牛排，很有诚意。经过高温碳烧，和牛鲜嫩的汁水被牢牢锁住，轻轻拿起捏一下，都能溢出和牛肉里满满的肌红蛋白。塞进嘴里，妙不可言，可以说这是我吃过最好吃满分三明治了。
[饭]
菌菇砂锅饭
打开锅盖儿简直满屋飘香，有蘑菇和天妇罗搭配，吃了一口还发现居然还有黑松露这种高级货。不过这道餐个人不推荐，理由是太咸了且价格不菲。
[甜品]
抹茶蛋糕
切开抹茶蛋糕的瞬间就会淌出温热的流心，并不甜腻的蛋糕流心和冰淇淋相伴一同放入口中，任冰淇淋在甜甜的暖流中肆意融化，心中只有两个字 —— 美好。作为本次就餐的收尾之作再好不过。其实他们家还有不定期的甜品，比如一根极其逼真的香蕉冰淇淋，绝对适合网红们来拍拍拍。
总的来说，作为迪拜当下的高人气融合日料餐厅，Reif Kushiyaki的确能给人许多惊喜。无论创造力、品味和就餐体验都对得起这个价格，在其他餐厅是不容易吃到的。如果你是喜欢精致日料的小清新，那么这家餐厅不会令你失望。

如果是资深咖啡控，可以关注下Alchemy Café选用的咖啡豆 —— 轻度烘焙较酸的危地马拉咖啡豆和偏苦的乌干达咖啡豆。而店家还别具一格地在咖啡中加入了苏打水，中和了咖啡的酸度，使咖啡入口变得柔和，还蛮有特色的。
