近日，多名来自第三国的中国公民入境迪拜酋长国后，经阿布扎比转机回国，因在当地隔离时间不满14天，被航空公司拒绝登机滞留机场，行程受到影响。中国驻阿联酋使馆此前已发布过《阿布扎比要求入境人员强制隔离14天》、《提醒自阿布扎比回国、转机的中国公民注意有关事项》等通知，现再次提醒如下：
一、自2020年11月7日起，自阿联酋出发或从阿联酋转机搭乘航班赴华的中国公民，须凭新冠病毒核酸检测阴性证明和血清特异性IgM抗体检测阴性证明，申领带“HS”标识的绿色健康码。目前，阿布扎比机场中转区内不具备快速核酸检测及血清IgM抗体检测条件，且除持居留签证人员无法入境阿布扎比，请勿购买联程机票经阿布扎比中转。
二、根据阿布扎比酋长国防疫规定，从阿布扎比入境的国际旅客必须强制隔离14天。从其他酋长国入境的国际旅客，如在其他酋长国停留不足14天，亦须按上述要求在阿布扎比强制隔离（隔离期为14天减去已在其他酋长国停留天数）。从其他酋长国入境，拟经阿布扎比转机回国的中国公民，请密切关注阿有关防疫规定，严格执行隔离要求。
三、根据阿提哈德航空公司《旅行指南和规定》（https://www.etihad.com/zh/travel-updates/all-destinations-travel-guides），目前不接受第三国来阿中转旅客，请密切关注航司有关政策调整，行前务必向航司提前了解确认具体要求，并遵照执行，否则可能无法登机。
