3月19日，民航局向6个中外航班发出“熔断”指令，包括国航CA910航班（莫斯科至郑州）、CA438航班（加德满都至成都），南航CZ8182航班（内罗毕至深圳），阿联酋航空公司EK362航班（迪拜至广州），奥地利航空公司OS75航班（维也纳至上海）及肯尼亚航空公司KQ882航班（内罗毕至广州）。

3月6日入境的阿联酋航空公司EK362航班（迪拜至广州）核酸检测阳性旅客5例，自4月5日起，继续暂停该航班运行2周。

民航局要求，上述熔断的航班量均不得用于其他航线。各航空公司要在当地使领馆指导下，做好后续航班旅客安抚和机票退改等服务工作。

///阿提哈德航空（阿布扎比—上海）又一航班累计确诊5人，熔断时间可能延长

据上海市卫健委今早（19日）通报：2021年3月18日0—24时，通过口岸联防联控机制，报告5例境外输入性新冠肺炎确诊病例。其中4例来自阿联酋。

新增治愈出院1例，来自阿联酋。

阿联酋输入4例病例均为中国籍，3例在阿联酋工作，1例在阿联酋旅行，4人自阿联酋出发，乘坐同一航班，于3月15日抵达上海浦东国际机场，入关后即被集中隔离观察，其间出现症状。综合流行病学史、临床症状、实验室检测和影像学检查结果等，诊断为确诊病例。

目前仍有11例阿联酋输入病例在上海接受治疗。

昨天上海市卫健委报道1例阿联酋输入病例，15日入境。至此，15日阿布扎比至上海航班已确诊5例阿联酋输入病例。3月4日，上海卫健委通报，上海新增5例阿联酋输入病例，且为同一航班。

3月10日，民航局再发熔断指令，对阿联酋航空公司EK362航班（迪拜至广州）、阿联酋阿提哈德航空公司EY862航班（阿布扎比至上海）实施熔断措施。

阿联酋航空公司2月27日入境的EK362航班（迪拜至广州）核酸检测阳性旅客5例。自3月22日（航班入境日期）起，继续暂停该航班运行2周。阿联酋阿提哈德航空公司3月1日入境的EY862航班（阿布扎比至上海）核酸检测阳性旅客7例。鉴于EY818航班（阿布扎比至北京，第一入境点为成都）为EY862航班的奖励航班，自3月22日（航班入境日期）起，两班一并熔断，暂停EY862航班运行2周，取消EY818航班。上述航线3月22日以前入境的航班可继续执行，如期间触发熔断机制，熔断时间将予以累加计算。上述熔断的航班量不得用于其他航线。

根据民航局的熔断机制，阿联酋阿提哈德航空公司EY862航班（阿布扎比至上海）的熔断时间很可能累加。
