黎巴嫩餐厅在迪拜开得可谓是风生水起，在迪拜到处都可以看到黎巴嫩餐厅的影子，而站长尝试过2次黎巴嫩餐厅，体验都不太好，不做推荐，本文意在结合站长的亲身体验，普及一下阿拉伯菜中的典型——黎巴嫩菜的相关知识。
这家位于Al Rigga路上的Beirut（贝鲁特）是一家提供黎巴嫩料理的餐厅。贝鲁特是黎巴嫩的首都，站长发现迪拜很多中东餐厅都喜欢用城市的名字命名，比如巴格达餐厅、卡拉奇餐厅、德黑兰餐厅、德里餐厅和大马士革餐厅等等，也包括这家贝鲁特餐厅。对于食客来说，好处是一看名字就知道是哪个国家的菜系了。
首先介绍一下黎巴嫩菜。黎巴嫩菜属于很典型的阿拉伯菜，提供的食物和之前介绍过的叙利亚菜非常接近。但由于黎巴嫩曾经被法国殖民，因此骨子里流淌着法国的贵气，所以黎巴嫩餐厅档次会比其他阿拉伯餐厅更高一点，服务也更好一点，当然价格也相应更贵一点。（曾被法国统治的黎巴嫩人民，继承了法式的浪漫主义，因此也是阿拉伯世界中最为OPEN的）

由于长期接受西方文化，在黎巴嫩餐厅用餐，会感觉有点吃西餐的意思，服务生都是西装笔挺彬彬有礼；菜单也是分餐前沙拉，正餐主食和餐后甜点；相比往往粗枝大叶的其他阿拉伯菜系，黎巴嫩菜外观上显得更加精致，更加迎合西方人的审美。
黎巴嫩菜以“纯净”作为烹饪的宗旨，所有烹调的材料和调味料都以新鲜做前提，所谓“纯净”，就是由内至外的天然与洁净，所以黎巴嫩菜是非常健康的饮食。而这个“纯净”，非常完美地体现在了餐前沙拉上。
往往阿拉伯菜中餐前赠送的沙拉均是没有沙拉酱的，或者说阿拉伯菜里的沙拉它根本就不能叫沙拉，那就是一盘子生蔬菜，客人只能对着这盆鲜蔬干嚼，这对于中国人是非常不习惯的。一般都有一些知名或不知名的叶类蔬菜，和胡萝卜西红柿黄瓜青椒柠檬等。而黎巴嫩餐厅送的餐前沙拉，往往要比其他阿拉伯餐厅的量更多，更新鲜。满满一大盆端上来，估计喜欢吃这些的人光吃沙拉就吃饱了。
在送上沙拉之前，和传统阿拉伯菜一样，餐厅还会送上一些腌制过的酸瓜酸枣，对于华人来说，这些东西是非常难以下咽的。
另外值得一提的是，黎巴嫩餐厅注重健康，据说6成菜式都是以蔬菜为主，因此黎巴嫩餐厅蔬菜部分的选择要比其他阿拉伯餐厅要多得多，当然蔬菜部分集中体现在餐前沙拉上，除了赠送的鲜蔬沙拉外，在黎巴嫩餐厅还能单点很多比较有特色的黎巴嫩沙拉，比如最具特色的“Tabouleh”。不过站长没有单点任何黎巴嫩沙拉。（哥花几亿年进化到食物链顶端可不是为了吃素的！！）
黎巴嫩菜提供的主食几乎和传统阿拉伯菜并无太大区别，主要以烧烤（Kebab）为主，区别是黎巴嫩的烹饪更加“纯净”，其实就是口味很淡，几乎没什么盐味，份量也比较“精致”。至于其他阿拉伯饼和阿拉伯酱料，那就和其他阿拉伯餐厅大同小异啦。
消费上，黎巴嫩餐的性价比着实不高，会有种花了不少钱却没吃到啥那般坑爹的感觉，不过阿拉伯和欧美食客却络绎不绝，站长只能说黎巴嫩餐真的不太适合华人口味。（嗯，节食和注重健康的女性朋友可以去尝试一下……）
