最近总有关于“迪拜硅谷开了家很棒越南餐厅”的消息围绕左右。什么“真的是迪拜吃过的最好吃的越南粉了”~~“这将是一家被中国人踏破门槛的越南粉店”……balabalabala……作为一名吃货，这谁能忍，趁着斋月下班早，直接杀过去！

迪拜新晋越南餐厅Saigon Station位于迪拜硅谷的大转盘附近。Saigon（西贡）其实就是现在胡志明市曾经使用的名字，西贡这个名字在越南战争结束后才改为胡志明市，以庆祝南北的统一。

店内环境温馨热情，也就三两小桌，门外一方庭院倒是出落的干净大方，颇有感觉。有别于迪拜土豪惯用的土豪气息，这里的小清新调调反而格外让人眼前一亮。

越南最重要也是最著名的料理自然就是越南粉了，光看到“Pho”这个词就足以让米粉爱好者口舌生津。而越南粉也有诸多门门道道，比如也有着地域流派的区别。西贡所代表的南方由于法国殖民地文化，将特色饮食文化融入进来，比如出现了花式河粉，融入了法国焖牛肉的作法。

Saigon Station的越南Pho就属于西贡粉这一流派，普遍口感上西贡粉会偏甜，所配青菜的种类会更多，此外西贡粉的个头较北方粉小一些，在越南南方一些地方还会向米粉中加入一些芫荽和香花苣。

Saigon Station的首推招牌自然自然就是他们的特色石锅牛肉粉（signature beef Pho in hot stone bowl）

特色石锅牛肉粉

端上来时石锅牛肉汤还在沸腾翻滚，里面本身就有数片牛肉了，趁热在倒下一整盘生滚牛肉片和一整盘卤牛肉牛筋牛丸，豆芽香菜薄荷叶和辣椒自己酌量添加。价格2-3人份只要70迪拉姆！简直太可了。而且这个价格这个分量的汤粉竟然还可以续汤续粉，天呐~我真的想“举报”老板过于善良。

一碗好的越南粉，其评判标准就是牛骨汤头，其次是配料，将新鲜的牛肉切成片，直接放进碗里，用滚烫的汤浇上去，其效果如同我们的涮火锅。米粉上桌时，肉片还隐隐微现血色，翻搅几下就熟透了，入口后没有煮过的牛肉那么干涩，浓浓的肉汁被包裹在牛肉中，留在嘴中咀嚼回味。

调味方面，可以根据自己口味放入鱼露、甜酱、辣酱或蒜汁等，配菜包括豆芽、香茅、洋葱和小辣椒等。店家也都是备好了的。这基本都是越南粉的标配了。

最后是粉，越南的米粉洁白如雪，透明劲道，好的米粉在滚烫的鲜汤中，泡多久都不会烂，入口顺滑好似在嘴中跳舞，咬下去劲道似面条，非常的爽口。

青木瓜沙拉

Saigon Station的青木瓜沙拉也极为推荐，里面配了调味过的牛肉，酸甜适宜，清脆可口，并不像嗦粉的时候来上一口中和了烫口的米粉，还带进嘴一份酸甜。

越南米皮春卷

越南米皮春卷倒是中规中矩，如果你不知道点哪种口味，可以选择我们这种mix的，虾肉，鸡肉，牛肉。里面满满的蔬菜一咬下去就是冲上天灵盖儿的香菜味儿，不同的是这家配了自制花生麻酱，巧妙的盖住了一股子素味儿。

HUE-style牛肉面

觉得牛肉汤太清淡？尝尝这碗加辣的HUE-style。牛肉汤里加了自制的辣汤，混合了各种牛肉牛筋牛丸午餐肉，辣度还行，就是嗦完粉并没有觉得很油腻，反而是很清爽那种的辣。再不够老板还准备了自制的辣椒酱在桌上，带点东南亚沙茶酱和虾酱混合的味道，也是百搭的米粉伴侣。

干拌米粉

不喜欢喝牛骨汤（尽管那是不可能的）的食客可以点一碗干拌米粉，里面也是满满的牛肉，每一口粉都伴着丰富的配料送下去，大满足！ 

越南三明治

到此为止我们已经是扶墙难走了，可还是没忍住尝尝这个老板极力推荐的三明治，说是非常的越南本味。本以为应该和subway差不多，但一口下去完全没有干巴巴的面包哽咽感，反而是清脆的外皮和松软的夹心，面包被自制的酱汁浸透，鸡肉清淡软嫩完全不柴，一口下去有肉有菜有汁水，同样清爽！

椰浆烧仙草

总有一个胃是会留给甜品的，更何况是一份让人惊喜的甜品。原以为只是一碗平淡无奇的烧仙草，却将椰奶和甘草汁的混合，椰奶的油腻感一下子就变成了清甜而不失香浓，其次里面除了烧仙草还加入了甘草冻，绿豆冻，马蹄和椰果和银耳，甜度对我这个不吃甜品的人来说是刚刚好，且这一大碗够三人分食的甜品才15迪，我又想“举报“了。

椰子冻

这道甜品也极力推荐。在迪拜平常开个椰青喝个椰汁也不便宜，老板还偏偏花心思挖空做成了一整个椰子冻，椰汁椰奶混合的果冻满的都要溢出椰壳，一口下去清新爽口的口感并不甜腻，然后用长勺直接就可以挖着椰肉吃，这个椰子肉！你一定要吃掉！完全不是平常吃到的那种硬脆干嚼的味道，反而是软糯香甜，唇齿留香。一个这么精致的椰子才20迪，我应该是再也不会开别的椰子喝涩涩的椰汁了。

在Saigon Station一顿粉嗦下来，心里只蹦出两个字：治愈。我想，没有什么比四月迪拜最后的凉爽夜晚，在室外嗦一份无限汤粉的越南料理更治愈的事情了。如果有，那就再来一碗烧仙草。
