迪拜卫生局（DHA）已经公布了提供疫苗接种的诊所和医院的完整名单，而一些医院仍在等待最后（是否会提供疫苗接种）的确认。
想要前往DHA下属医院接种疫苗的居民必须下载相关应用程序。然而，选择私立医院接种新冠的民众，也可以通过其他方式进行预约。
迪拜DIP NMC皇家医院的医学主任夏尔马博士说：“任何需要接种新冠的民众都可以预约——通过WhatsApp、免费热线电话或等，他们还可以亲自前往预约处预约。”
夏尔马博士指出，预约将以电子方式进行，会向预约者发送短信，确认预约日期和时间。他/她需要出示阿联酋身份证才能获得疫苗接种。他补充说：“一旦你到达疫苗接种处，你就会被创建一份电子病历。”
沙马博士说，接种疫苗后，将在现场对接种者进行至少15分钟的监测，以检查是否有可能的过敏反应。“如果两剂疫苗都接种完毕，接种者将获得一张疫苗接种卡，更新后的详细信息将显示在Al Hosn 应用程序之中。

– 接种者必须有一个医疗记录号码 （MRN）。如果没有，可以通过访问DHA网站（www.dha.gov.ae）创建；
– 输入阿联酋ID 号码后，手机将收到一条注册密码。确认后，网站上就会显示MRN号码。
– 获得MRP号码后，通过下载 DHA 应用程序预约接种疫苗。60岁及以上人士可选择致电800 342与DHA呼叫中心直接联络进行预约。
