初见那个人，是在一个朋友的饭局上，介绍的时候，他说他叫：小T。

那天大家喝的挺开心，小T就跟我聊起了他在迪拜的故事。

他在2011年到了迪拜，一开始在一家旅行社上班，从事机票，签证的工作，这一干就是两年，这期间，结交了一些人脉，积累了一些资源。

两年后，签证到期，他选择了辞职。

小T和他在迪拜的哥认真的聊了下未来的路，盘算着如果充分利用手上的资源，应该可以盈利，所以，说干就干，

他们创业了，自己开了个做签证机票的旅行社。

公司开在了德拉，苜蓿巴扎市场里。

聊天中胖哥就感觉到小T是哪种人呢？就是那种特别无趣又极其认真的人。

没有任何幽默感，甚至我们开的玩笑他也没啥响应，但是你问他的任何问题，他都会想一会，然后用特别郑重的语气非常认真仔细的回答你。

这种男人虽然不算讨喜，但这种凡事都认真的态度能给交流者带来巨大的踏实感。

胖哥我不知道是不是他的这个技能，让他的公司在迪拜巨大的旅游市场的竞争中依然活得不错。

但是在疫情到来之后，旅游市场基本崩盘，他让公司的其他员工回国休假，只留下了两个员工在迪拜居家办公。

从2020年，公司的业务基本上也就剩帮人订订机票，做做签证，可就在2020年8月，小T的公司出事了！

2020年的8月，小T的一个客户在微信上给他发了两名泰国女性的护照首页，让他帮做泰国人来阿联酋的签证。

一般来说，不管是境外签证还是境内续签，都属于常规业务，做签证的公司并不会询问业务对象的具体情况，小T也就正常在ICA的系统内把这个小业务给做好了。

没想到，这两个泰国姑娘是被人贩子骗来阿联酋从事特殊服务行业。

到了迪拜后，就被客户卖给了拉斯海马的一个炮房老板。

因为疫情，按摩院生意惨淡，而阿联酋的物价跟泰国比起来基本上算“高得离谱”。

在陌生的环境看不到赚钱的希望，女孩就想着要离开阿联酋回泰国。

可女孩的护照被老板扣了。

拿不到护照的姑娘们就选择了报警，你还别说，拉斯海马警察叔叔的效率蛮高。报警后立即就冲到按摩院，把店给封了，整个店的人全部带走。

2020年9月9号，小T接到了拉斯海马警察局的电话，询问这两个女孩的签证是不是他们帮办的，让他到警察局来一趟配合调查。

当时小T心里想的是：我就是个办签证的正规公司，去解释一下就好了，这事跟我又没关系。

第二天下午，小T带着自己的护照，ID，公司的营业执照和相关资料，雄赳赳气昂昂的去了拉斯海马警察局，他还跟晚上约吃饭的朋友说，

晚饭我可能会晚到一会，你也知道这边人办事效率低。

没想到，他这一去，再也没回来。

到了拉斯海马警察局，他和警官解释清楚了整个事情的来龙去脉，警官一看他也是个老实人，不太可能说谎，于是就安慰他说：

take care,no problem,but we need check check.

这一Check就把小T Check进了拉斯海马的看守所。

一开始，小T觉得，整倒霉，看来要在看守所住一夜第二天才能走。

他其实不知道，命运准备跟他开一个小小的玩笑。胖哥最好奇的一个问题是：

拉斯海马的看守所长啥样。

小T告诉我，有点类似我们常见的劳工营，但是房间比劳工营要大很多，一个房间里通常有8-10个高低床，因为地方够大，甚至比德拉某些员工宿舍还要宽敞。每个房间都配有空调，公共区域还有健身房和祈祷室。

刚进去的时候，会搜查，拿去你身上所有的尖锐物品，皮带等，然后把你钱包里所有的现金存进看守所专用的卡内（类似银行卡），以后在看守所的所有消费都用这张卡。

接下来，你可以选择：吸烟区还是非吸烟区。

一般来说，非吸烟区的卫生条件要比吸烟区好一些，所以小T选择了非吸烟区。

和很多人想象的电影当中演的情节不一样，阿联酋这边的看守所还是秩序井然，而且管理上也很人性化。

小T和一个美国老头在一起聊天，他把这里比作是一个：（International Free Hotel）国际免费酒店。

小T的那个监区，大多数来自印度和巴基斯坦以及孟加拉 还有世界各地的。

室内有2个大的立式空调 大厅有4个立式空调，有祈祷室供穆斯林诵经祈祷。每日凌晨4点半穆斯林的就起床开始祈祷了一日5次祈祷，晚上10点宿舍熄灯。

每日三餐，早餐是阿拉伯大饼和煮鸡蛋 奶酪以及草莓酱或者菠萝酱 ；午餐 米饭KFC（一只大鸡腿周四是红烧牛肉或者油炸鱼块）和蔬菜沙拉 阿拉伯茶 椰枣 水果有像香蕉苹果橙子每日不同。晚餐大饼和南瓜汤 咖喱 还有印度的鹰角豆。

刚开始小T还不太习惯，但他看到，
很多印巴人每天都乐呵呵的吃饭，这可能比他们在外面吃的都还要好了。
大厅有2台有线电视观看世界各国的电视台节目。大多数都是阿拉伯台和印度电影。

小T在一个看守所朋友的帮助下，在电视上成功的收到了中国国际电视台和中阿卫视。

小T说，有段时间，他最开心的事情就是：看中阿卫视的《射雕英雄传》。

在看守所里，是可以打电话和外界联系的，但是需要购买电话充值卡。有用户名和密码，每张卡25迪拉姆。
打阿联酋是可以打50分钟 打阿联酋以外国家只可以打8分钟（周五12分钟）。

里面有便利店。生活用品以及外卖都可以点。

物价会比市场贵一些的（一盒 west 烟 13迪拉姆 万宝路是28迪，一瓶可乐4迪拉姆 250毫升装 一件短袖15迪拉姆）可以预定 第二天上午会送过来 碰上周五就要隔一天才能送过来。

在看守所里，人与人之间是有等级的，而这个等级区分的唯一标准就是：谁手里有烟！

只要有人吸烟，旁边立即就会来好几个烟民在等着  sabasab (分一点吸几口的意思），要是不肯给，他们就盯着你笑，希望你少抽点他们能拿个烟屁股嘬两口。

买点烟，分给看守所的朋友们，让他们干啥都行，跑腿，理发，洗衣服，他们都屁颠屁颠给你干，

只要你有香烟。

小T不抽烟，但他知道这个游戏规则之后，还是买了几包烟，时不时的给一个监区的国际友人发上几根，他们开心的不得了。

甚至看守所还给他们做了登记，准备给接种新冠疫苗。老外和中国人就是不一样，老外明知道自己有事，每天都是没心没肺的乐乐呵呵的，但是中国人心思重，小T明明知道自己是无辜的，是没事的，但在里面还是心情愈发沉重。

这TMD都叫些什么事啊。

警察叔叔告诉小T，他会没事的，不要担心，但是要走法律程序，要法官判决。

阿拉伯人的办事效率大家都懂的，加上疫情。

拉斯海马的法院一个月开一次庭！！
小T这个案子，一共就开了五次庭，却用了五个月，而每次开庭只问他一个问题：

你和他们是不是一伙的？

每次小T都斩钉截铁的告诉他们：不是，自己只是一个从事签证业务的旅游公司而已。和对方没有任何关系。
终于，无罪释放！

2021年2月17日，法庭判决小T无罪，他重获自由。在拉斯海马的看守所，他一共呆了158天。出来之后，他要面对的是关于他犯罪失联满天飞的谣言，以及拖欠的办公室房租，水电，各种费用。

当然，还有那些关心他的家人和朋友。
