吼吼吼~，您的非专业美食挖掘机小叶子买买酱终于恢复营业啦！

因为疫情的关系，很多餐厅的Brunch或者Buffet都暂停了，我真的太久太久没有出去吃大餐了，得知Toro Toro的Brunch恢复后就立马叫上小伙伴们周五一起去打卡。

ToroToro的Brunch也是我To Do List之一。最早是在Zomato的一个迪拜必打卡Brunch合集里看到的这家餐厅，主打南美菜系，菜单都是主厨Richard-Sandoval设计，有兴趣的童鞋们可以去Google一下他，他在拉美菜系领域里面还是很出名的。据说Friday Lunch也是他设计的菜单，涵盖了Toro Toro畅销菜品，而且每隔一段时间都会调整菜单。

国际惯例，先上餐厅的室内图。这个Brunch比较特别，开始的时间定在了1点，不能说是早午餐了，应该说是午晚餐。还好我到早了，可以随意拍照，之后餐厅都坐满了。本来我还想换一个靠窗的桌子，但服务员告知我当天全部预订满了……我的天呐~真没想到这么火爆。

餐厅进门可以看到各种牛的摆设，我还纳闷呢，后来同行的一位少年朋友告诉我，Toro在西班牙语里面就是牛的意思。

餐厅整体的设计风格我超级喜欢，绿植环绕的感觉，非常的舒服自在。如果想要私密一点的聚餐空间，可以预订餐厅的6人桌，超级适合小型的party。餐厅2楼还有一个更大，更舒服的Lounge Bar，很适合三五朋友下班后去小酌一杯，那个就等我下次去打卡了。

Brunch套餐可以选择带酒水或不带酒水，服务员会根据用餐人数按照菜单依次为大家上菜，不需要思考点菜的问题。如果对某些食物过敏，可以提前告知餐厅，他们会做相应的调整安排。

记住！菜单里面的菜都是可以重复点单的，一直到吃爽为止！

入座之后，这位小哥马上推着车到每桌开始现场表演制作。墨西哥进口的牛油果捣成泥加上新鲜的番茄配墨西哥玉米片，完全停不下来，手不自觉就一直伸向它。

鸡尾酒方阵来了，具体名字请参考图里面的注释。爱喝酒的朋友们一定要试试Caipirinha，据说说是巴西最受欢迎的鸡尾酒。酒量不好又想喝酒搞气氛的朋友们，请一定要点Pina Colada，真的不要太爽啊！其他三款都是比较常见的类型，我就不赘述了。

前菜部分有冷盘和热盘，种类比较丰富。

炸软壳蟹配墨西哥薄饼，一份4个，我们一共吃了4份。软壳蟹星人一定会喜欢这道，酥脆的软壳蟹外皮，微微甜的蟹肉配上这个酱料，真的是绝绝子。

这里我要把金奖颁给Wild Mushroom Coca Flatbread，一定要吃它，yyds！我们一桌人一直加点这道前菜，总共吃掉了4盘。

如果你喜欢蘑菇，喜欢黑松露，喜欢碳水化合物，那你一定要去吃它，不要犹豫。小伙伴们一致票选第一名,真的是一口销魂，配得上完美两个字！前菜里面的羊肉也很推荐，我是完全吃不了羊肉的人，接受不了羊肉的味道，Toro Toro的这道羊肉完全没有膻味，一定要搭配底下的泡菜一起放入嘴里，非常解腻的配搭。

主菜有3道，一道沙拉，一道鱼和牛排。这个羽衣甘蓝配上石榴和芒果的沙拉，看起来平平无奇，服务员端上来的时候我还想说就这沙拉也算一道主菜吗？服务员说这是Toro Toro的招牌沙拉，看着真的不像，吃一口就真香了。咦，羽衣甘蓝什么时候变得这么好吃了，这个沙拉的搭配配得上招牌二字。牛排也是相当厉害，烤得刚刚好，非常嫩，完全不需要其他的酱料来搭配，原味就是最厉害的，个人觉得光是这一份牛排就值回票价了。

前菜和主菜已经吃到肚歪歪，甜品上场了，本来以为自己吃不下了，想说就吃一口尝试一下，然后又真香了。右图这个咖啡蛋糕配香草冰淇淋也太好吃了吧，图片很难看出来蛋糕体的湿润感，口感就是咖啡海绵蛋糕泡在牛奶里面，湿润绵密，味觉上有种拿铁的感觉，词穷了，反正很好吃，一口气吃了3份。

配着甜品，我们又加点了Shots，朋友说这是餐后酒可以帮助消化，我们为了多喝几杯也是很拼了，菜单上的4个品种都点了。服务员介绍说喝法就是一口一杯，酒量好的朋友可以试试看。

下面右图这杯颜值超高，必须给个特写，我的小伙伴一口闷了，据她描述上面是类似百利甜的奶酒，下半层透明的是果冻质地，口感非常特别。右图是我们加点的Espresso Martini, 小伙伴管这个叫酒里面的甜品，入口有咖啡的微苦，奶香然后是酒的味道。这一杯感觉是不管能不能喝的人都会喜欢的类型。我是完全不懂品酒且酒量极差，但是偏又喜欢凑个热闹，配合着Toro Toro的餐厅氛围，不来一杯真心感觉错过太多美好。

总的来说，这是一家非常适合朋友周末聚会的餐厅，服务周到热情，氛围感拉满，体验感觉就是欢快，好像所有的烦恼都被按了暂停键，只剩下与伙伴们的嬉闹时光（当然也可能是喝太多上头了）。
