周四（5.27），阿联酋卫生和预防部宣布，在进行了225957次病毒检测之后，该国单日新增2167例感染病例，感染总数为563215例。

此外，根据卫生部的通报，还有3人死亡，死亡总数为1664例；另有2137人痊愈，治愈总数为543023例。

>中国驻迪拜领事馆正式启动“春苗计划”，积极协助中国公民参加疫苗接种活动

新冠疫情发生以来，中国高度关注海外同胞的健康与安全。在3月7日，中国国务委员兼外交部长王毅在十三届全国人大四次会议记者会上宣布，推出“春苗行动”，积极协助和争取为海外同胞接种疫苗。2021年5月23日，中国驻迪拜领事馆发布通知，积极响应“春苗行动”， 在阿持短期签证、无ID卡的16周岁以上中国公民提供2剂次中国国药新冠疫苗接种服务。2剂疫苗均免费，接种时医疗机构现场收取服务费100迪拉姆。

2020年5月27日迪拜时间上午7：50，在阿“春苗行动”第一批人员开始接种疫苗，中国驻迪拜领事馆“春苗行动”第一次疫苗接种点位于Al Safa Health Center ，接种工作由迪拜卫生局负责，迪拜卫生局初级卫生保障部主任穆娜尔当日也来到接种现场组织活动，迪拜卫生局工作人员表示，当天有能力为200多名报名的人接种疫苗。

在接种现场，阿方贴心地为前来接种疫苗的中国同胞准备了矿泉水和咖啡，同胞们看见“欢迎你们来到迪拜”时都倍感亲切，也体现了中阿两国的深刻友谊。

疫苗接种当天，中国同胞严格遵守防疫措施，全程佩戴口罩，经过信息核查、体检、健康询问、了解接种注意事项等流程后依次接种，随后在现场留观半小时，全程秩序井然，安全高效。

当天现场接种的同胞难掩喜悦之情，对能及时接种到祖国疫苗倍感自豪，纷纷感谢党和政府的关心和关爱，感谢中国驻迪拜领事馆的协助，让大家目前能够安心地在迪拜生活。 

中国驻迪拜领事馆李旭航总领事赴现场工作指导并发言：“经过我们驻阿领事馆的推动，阿联酋政府将在阿联酋长期生活的中国公民纳入了阿联酋的新冠疫苗接种计划，现在已经有超过10万的中国公民接受了当地新冠疫苗，在这个基础上经过两国政府和驻阿使领馆的推动，阿联酋又将临时来访的中国公民纳入了新冠疫苗接种计划，我想这体现了中国政府对海外中国公民的关心和爱护，也为我们广大海外侨胞战胜疫情，保持平安健康提供了有力的支持。”

领事馆将继续同迪拜方协商设立新的接种点，增加接种量，让更多在迪拜的同胞尽快接种疫苗。


>阿联酋单日新增病例数创下近2个月的新高

周四，阿联酋记录了2167例病例，创下近两个月来的新高。

该国上一次单日新增2000多例病例是在4月27日，当时报告了2094例感染病例。

然而，与1月和2月日均3000多例的高峰相比，周四的单日新增数要低得多。

此外，阿联酋已经加强了其PCR测试范围。过去24小时，该国进行了225957次PCR测试，新冠阳性率为0.95%。

医生表示，病例激增可能是由于社区传播。

“人们在遵守防疫协议方面越来越松懈。考虑到目前的天气状况，室内聚会有所增加。此外，病毒的突变也可以被认为是一个潜在的原因，（但是）通过实施旅行限制可以进行控制。”

专家敦促居民严格遵守防疫安全规则，以遏制病毒的传播。他们强调，应该正确佩戴口罩。

此外，医生们也一直在鼓励居民尽早接种疫苗。“如果有10人接种疫苗、4人没有接种疫苗，病毒就依旧有可能传播。（如果）迪拜90%的人口接种了疫苗，为了安全起见，我们也需要另外10%的人去接种疫苗。”

>阿联酋向印度运送医疗救援物资

印度的卫生和家庭福利部已收到一批来自阿联酋的抗疫医疗用品和设备。

救援物资包括氧气瓶、呼吸机、测试包等等。

“我们明白，阿联酋有充足的医疗物资。因此，我们需要阿联酋的援助，以帮助我们弥补短期缺口。”印度外交部长哈什在上个月的一次媒体吹风会上曾表示。

与此同时，从科威特出发的印度海军舰艇“沙杜尔”号于5月27日抵达印度南部新曼加洛尔港，船上装有210吨液态医用氧气和1200个氧气瓶。这是科威特援助印度活动的第二阶段。

科威特政府在一份声明中说：“科威特对印度的援助活动已全面启动，承诺运送总计1400吨的液态医用氧气，以满足其紧急需求。”
