对于在海外关注吃喝的朋友，Timeout估计不用太多解释。1968年创刊于伦敦，是世界顶级的杂志之一，集当地城市吃喝玩乐资讯于一体。如今在世界很多城市，TIMEOUT一词已经慢慢成为一部美食风向标，每家优秀的餐厅都希望能拿到当地Timeout所颁发的各类美食奖项，获奖餐厅往往也会迎来更多的人气。

Timeout现在已经不局限于提供美食资讯了，直接开起了美食市集 —— Timeout Market，其概念就是把自家评选出来的本地获奖餐厅的招牌料理集中起来“打包绑定”，让食客一站式吃到迪拜最好的料理。不过另外值得一提的是，Timeout Market里面的打包的并非“大餐厅”，而是隶属不同餐饮品牌的小店，只提供有限的菜式，但也足够大家品鉴了，毕竟拿出来的都是看家产品。

迪拜的Timeout Market已于今年4月开业，是继里斯本，纽约，蒙特利尔等城市之后开放的全球第7家Timeout Market。位于迪拜市中心的Souk Al Bahar，不仅从DUBAI MALL直接可以步行抵达，还可以近距离欣赏哈利法塔和迪拜喷泉，可以说地段及环境amazing。

从试营业开始，Timeout Market即使在斋月期间依然极为火爆，简直一座难求，毕竟Timeout Market的餐厅都精挑细选，可谓家家能打，还有权威认证的光环加持，这还能不爆？

为了做好这一期食评，小编冒着胖死的风险几乎去遍了Timeout Market的所有17家餐厅，精心挑选出个人比较喜欢的餐厅和食物。

LOCAL FIRE

风格：烤肉

LOCAL FIRE是小编认为的全场MVP，绝对是我在迪拜吃到过的最正的德克萨斯烤肉。看着红橡木低温慢火烧烤大块的牛胸肉，处处体现了彪悍的德州文化。我买了他们家最能代表德州的两道招牌菜，烤牛胸肉和烤风干牛胸肉。

他们家所有的牛胸肉都是半成品，据老板说在杰布阿里他们有个进口的超大德州烧烤机，牛胸肉首先会在那里水浴加热再低温慢烤18-24小时，再运到店里进行熟成二次加工。因为是牛胸肉，所以不带筋骨，特别细腻却不塞牙，再蘸上灵魂烧烤酱，直接给风味提升了一个档次！

风干烟熏烤肉也是LOCAL FIRE的一大特色，也是用红橡木熏制许久得以熟成，把肉切开，一片盛世美景，隔着屏幕都能感觉到扑鼻香气，这你还能忍？必须打卡！

龙腾轩

风格：中餐

龙腾轩迪拜华人因为无人不知了吧，作为迪拜最优质的中餐厅，它也是全球首个进入Timeout Market的中餐厅。龙腾轩为Timeout Market专门制定了新的菜单，一些菜品可是连总店也吃不到的。

比如香煎和牛，和牛里的每一块肉连纹路据说都是被审过后才能进餐厅的，以确保食客的每一口都是完美。好的食材只需用锅微煎，香味就会散发出来，再蘸上秘制酱汁，一口咬下都是肌红蛋白的醇香！

REIF

风格：创意日料

REIF的总店小编去年有做过探店，由迪拜传奇日料zuma的前大厨创办，如今也加入了Timeout Market。他们家必点的是和牛爆浆三明治，口感很饱满，可以说是店招牌了。

但我居然看到了菜单上有担担面，出于好奇心点了一份，但上来的并非传统的担担面，虽说用的是日式拉面的做法，但味道和担担面没有任何联系。不过可圈可点的是配料十足，有炭火现烤的烧鸟和现炸的油条作为小菜，增色不少。

个人还是认为REIF的总店综合体验更好一些，感兴趣的观众可以去他们的wasl 店试一试。

Pickl

风格：汉堡

来自迪拜本土的汉堡品牌pickl是Timeout Market里比较受欢迎的品牌。可以尝试主打的芝士汉堡和炸鸡汉堡，每个炸鸡汉堡都有用温度计测量来保证准确的入油时间和最佳脆度。

听说他家就连汉堡的厚度都有计量过，是最适合一口咬下去的厚度。小编个人可能会更推荐他们家的芝士汉堡，毕竟绝对不会出错，而且价格尚可，应该是Timeout Market里主食性价比最高的。

BB social

风格：创意小吃

这家店是小编认为整个Market里比较有特色一家，主打菜系叫BAO，类似于我们的肉夹馍。我会推荐他家的软壳蟹BAO，是用冰鲜的软壳蟹裹粉上浆再油炸的，口味就是一口咬下整只螃蟹还不用吐螃蟹壳的爽感，而且装饰盘也有特色，出片率很高。

Nightjar

风格：创意咖啡

饮料部分，整个Market我最喜欢的咖啡就是这家的了。这家咖啡店最大特色是把各种口味的Cold Brew冷萃咖啡装进一个打生啤的机器里，打出来的冷萃居然赋予了丰富细腻的泡沫，喝下去是咖啡的味道，口感却是啤酒的。这样特色的咖啡，配上整个餐厅的氛围，真是绝绝子。

Timeout Bar

风格：酒吧

有酒证也是Timeout Market的一大特色，这里的酒吧也同样不会让你失望。而且可以坐在室外边喝酒边看喷泉，享受充满人间烟火气息的氛围，这感觉实在是妙啊。不管怎样，都一定要来这里打卡一次。

Vietnamese Foodies

风格：越南菜

迪拜的老牌人气越南餐厅Vietnamese Foodies也入驻了Timeout Market，在这里嗦碗地道正宗的牛肉pho，可以品味经典的味道，整体非常的清爽，高汤维持老店的标准，再搭配点其他各家的小食，简单一顿午饭就能精致度过啦。

但总的来说Timeout Market确实是一个非常棒的就餐场所，不仅选择极多，质量也非常有保障。你可以在这里商务交谈，朋友聚会，情侣约会，甚至一个人来饮酒醉……这里的氛围适合各种场景。迪拜能够如此惬意喝好酒吃好菜的地方还真的不多，推荐大家来打卡。
