2021年7月18日，迪拜世博会的门票将在全球范围内发售，从2021年10月1日至2022年3月31日，游客均可以游览世博园区。

一日票的价格为95迪拉姆（折合人民币170元）；月票可连续30天无限制进入，价格为195迪拉姆（折合人民币350元）；季票可在2020年世博会的整个六个月内无限制进入，价格为495迪拉姆（折合人民币890元）。

18岁以下的儿童和持有世界各地有效学生证的学生将可以免费入场，残障人士可以免费入场，他们的同伴可享受50%的门票折扣，60岁及以上岁数的游客也可以免费入场。

持有世博会门票即可进入所有展馆和观看各种表演，园区每天有多达60场活动。

迪拜世博会门票将于7月18日起在 expo2020dubai.com 上在线发售，全球100多个市场的2500多家授权经销商也将出售门票，包括旅行社、旅游运营商、酒店和航空公司。

2020年迪拜世博会总干事Reem Al Hashimy表示，迪拜即将举办前所未有的世博会。

她表示，本届世博会将吸引超过2500万游客，世博园区将在10月1日正式开放并持续182天，直到3月31日。

2020世博会的举办权在2013年11月授予迪拜，原定于去年10月20日开始展览，但鉴于新冠危机，世博会理事机构成员一致投票同意推迟一年举行。
