沙迦警方表示，一名八岁印度男孩死在车内是意外事件。

6月27日，这名男孩在Al Nasseriyah地区失踪，父母马上报了警，孩子最后被发现死在邻居的车内。

警方称，车主没有锁门，男孩在外面玩耍时进入了车内，然而关上车门后却无法开门。

法医部门的一位高级官员称，这名男孩因长时间的高温而窒息身亡，此案已提交公诉机关。

沙迦警方向孩子家人表示了哀悼，警官强调父母应时刻关注孩子的安全情况，家长们应采取安全措施，避免此类事件再次发生。
