而对于那些付出了努力、有着杰出贡献的人士，阿联酋政府推出的“黄金签证”无疑是最好的嘉奖。经过“拥抱中国”执委会的特别举荐，一些在阿联酋的杰出华人获得了阿联酋政府颁发的“10年黄金签证”。

初到阿联酋，漫漫“酋漂”路

作为一名在阿联酋生活和工作了20年的“老迪拜”，李华飞其实是四川广安人。2001年从北京中医药大学本科毕业，也是在这个时候，机缘巧合，他的大学师兄习静东为他提供了一个机会，当时阿联酋的华仁堂中医诊所正需要人，想要成为中医的李华飞于是毫不犹豫就接受了这一份“挑战”。

现在的李华飞，以精湛的医术和“一手拿针，一手拿笔，经常流连于迪拜那些不为人知的故事”而闻名，但在故事的一开始，李华飞登陆阿联酋的第一站，不是迪拜，而是阿布扎比。

学医的经历再加上自身英文也不错，李华飞很快就在阿联酋的华仁堂中医诊所内成了老医生们的得力帮手，做一些翻译和助手的活。这一段时间，李华飞不仅体验着在异国他乡的奋斗，也经历了中医在中东推广和发展的起步。

厚积薄发，在阿联酋梦想成真

在阿布扎比的生活是“辛苦并快乐着”的，李华飞也一直没有停止思考自己未来的发展和出路。

2005年的时候，已经积累了一定临床经验的李华飞决定回国，不仅是让自己得到休息，也为了能找到更好的机会。2006年年底，经过一年的调整，厚积薄发的李华飞再次来到阿联酋，并成功通过了该国的行医执照考试。

在迪拜不懈努力，梦想终成真

迪拜的生活和工作经历，成为了李华飞人生当中的一个转折点——他不仅在这里凭借一手针灸技术小有名气，让中医发扬光大，还收获了自己的爱情，组建了一个温馨的家庭。

但是，李华飞在迪拜最初的生活，反倒是“漂泊”成为了生活的常态——因为没有稳定工作，所以导游、翻译、司机……李华飞都做过。

当年在考取行医执照时，李华飞偶然结识了一位来自英国的华人中医陈明。2008年，陈明正在美国人在迪拜开的一家中医诊所内上班，有意为诊所开辟中医针灸业务，于是就想到了李华飞。机缘巧合之下，“酋漂”了多年的李华飞，终于如愿在迪拜当起了针灸医生。

20多年在阿联酋——特别是迪拜——的生活和工作经验，让李华飞成为了中医发展的见证人，不仅见证着中医在海外的发展，也见证了阿联酋当地人和外国人对中医的认知、认可和欢迎的过程。在他以及“一群以中青年为主、有学历、会英语、临床经验也不错”的中医医生们的带领和推动之下，中医在阿联酋也越来越受到人们的欢迎。不仅李华飞的患者里有90%，甚至是95%都是外国人；并且在阿拥有执照的注册中医医生，也从世纪之初的寥寥几人，扩大到现在的三十多人。

也正因此，李华飞曾自豪地表示，“因为中医针灸靠疗效说话”，许多外国人都慕名而来。如今，阿联酋政府授予的10年黄金签证，不仅是对李华飞自身专业素养与对社会突出贡献的表彰，也算是对他在迪拜梦想成真的嘉奖。
