根据中国驻阿联酋大使馆发布的最新公告，自2021年3月7日起，从阿联酋出发，搭乘航班赴华的中、外籍旅客，须在登机前14天进行核酸和血清IgM抗体双检测（以下简称双检测），获得双检测阴性报告后，开始自我闭环隔离管理，且须在登机前48小时内前往另一家指定检测机构进行第二次双检测，再次获得双检测阴性报告后，按照《关于自阿联酋赴华人员登机前实行交叉双检测和14天隔离管理的紧急通知》要求，向中国驻阿联酋使领馆申领带“HS”标识的绿色健康码（适用于中国公民）或带“HDC”标识的健康状况声明书绿色二维码（适用于外国公民）。
国航将查验由中国驻阿联酋使领馆核发的带“HS”标识的绿色健康码或带“HDC”标识的健康状况声明书绿色二维码，及申领健康码时使用的全部检测证明（核酸检测证明及血清抗体检测证明）纸质复印件并留存后，为旅客办理乘机登记手续。
