前言：作为激励人才的举措之一，阿联酋政府推出的“黄金签证”无疑是对那些付出了努力、有着杰出贡献的人士的最好嘉奖。而经过“拥抱中国”执委会的特别举荐，许多华人人才获得了阿联酋政府颁发的“10年黄金签证”。我们也特别推出关于记述“获得黄金签证的华人们”系列文章，为了纪念，也为了激励。
系列文章的第四篇，是中乔嘉志集团公司创始人之一、旗猎国际旅行社的总经理陈琳女士用旅游业构建中阿交流桥梁的故事。
01
– 初到阿联酋，由生涩到成熟 –
二十多年前，陈琳第一次来到了阿联酋。与大部分初到阿联酋的国人一样，陈琳也经历了由生涩到成熟的适应阶段。在这个异域的国度，她努力提高自己的语言以及应变能力，渐渐融入到阿联酋当地的生活和工作环境之中去。

1996年，陈琳进入了斯伦贝谢（Schlumberger）油田技术服务公司的Jebel Ali分公司，担任总助。这一份任职经历让陈琳锻炼和完善了对行政、人事、财务、对外联络等不同工作内容的专业经验，为她海外职业生涯奠定了很好的基础。
而陈琳职业生涯的转折点发生在1999年，这一年她加入了Jumeirah集团人事部，参与了七星级帆船酒店的筹备以及开业工作，为其日后从事旅游业打开了大门。

– 在迪拜成立第一家华人旅行社 –
2000年，陈琳开始进军旅游行业，成为阿联酋旗猎国际旅行社创始人之一，并兼任总经理一职。

当时的阿联酋旗猎国际旅行社是国旅总社在中东的总代理，同时也是在迪拜成立的第一家华人旅行社。通过与当地Naboodha集团合作，陈琳和公司成功将阿联酋客商组成首批商务代表团，参加每年春秋二届举办的广交会。每一届的代表团有200人左右，为中阿商贸交流的桥梁搭建贡献了力量。
2002年，是中国商贸代表团大规模进入阿联酋参展的起步阶段。陈琳公司的接待团队中标了沙迦中国机电产品中心举办的中国商品交易会，负责接待来自全国十多个省市的商务代表团，每届有2000多人次。
2007年，阿联酋与中国签订了互为旅游目的协议，全面开启了中国与阿联酋的旅游、商务、会展的盛世时期。陈琳公司分别在北京、上海、广州、中国台湾成立了自己的销售中心，在海湾六国都建立了紧密的业务合作关系。
自此， 公司业务逐步由旅游向商务、会展、车辆租赁、餐饮、媒体活动等领域拓展，服务对象也扩大到除来自中国大陆外的中国台湾、中国香港、马来西亚、欧洲以及GCC国家市场。在工作之中，最让陈琳感到自豪的，就是通过自身专业地面安排及服务，使每一位客户感受到了阿联酋这个国度的美好。
在这20年的时间里， 陈琳及其公司经历了无数风风雨雨，成功接待了各类高强度、高难度的大型团队逾百万人次——其中包含国家级的高级访问代表团以及单体团队超过万人的大型会奖团。不仅赞誉无数，获奖也是无数。

值得一提的是，在2014年，陈琳的公司还创下了吉尼斯世界纪录——当时，他们成功接待了单体15000人的大型万人会奖团。

–后疫情时代的突破 –
2020年，一场突如其来的疫情让包括旅游业在内的很多行业都受到了不小的影响。陈琳及时合理调整团队，并仍以热情和严谨的管控流程继续服务每一位客户，带领着公司团队在一月份完成了安利单体团1万人会奖活动的接待， 圆满完成了又一次超大规模团队的完整运作。

2021年伊始，在疫情的重重压力之下，陈琳带着团队努力完成了迪拜阿拉伯医药展、阿布扎军事防务展、GITEX等展会客户的接待安排。今年6月份，又在接到任务的48小时之内，成功运作各方资源接待了世界杯足球第一轮预选赛中国球队以及四个外国球队，受到了中国足协和所有外籍球队的充分认可和赞扬。

目前，陈琳正在筹备世界杯足球第二轮预选赛多哈、阿联酋、沙特的接待工作，以及准备迎接世博会的协助工作。

– “为阿联酋的旅游业创造更多精彩” –
在得知自己获得了阿联酋政府颁发的“十年黄金签证”后，陈琳表示，“做为一个中国人，我能在阿联酋这样开放、包容、发展的国家工作和生活，并获得了十年黄金签证，我感到特别开心。感谢中国与阿联酋建立两国长期全面战略伙伴关系、感谢谢赫・默罕默德酋长制订的一系列长治久安的国策、也感谢‘拥抱中国’执委员会的推荐。”
