  说到迪拜的吃文化,只有你想不到的,没有你找不到的。因为迪拜外国人大概占了85%,民以食为天,来了这么多外国人,自然各种口味的菜都少不了。最普遍的应该要算中东口味了,中东口味里又以黎巴嫩餐最为有名。除了传统的阿拉伯风味的餐饮,这里还有世界上最好的伊朗、黎巴嫩、叙利亚、埃及、摩洛哥等国家地区的餐厅,欧洲各国以及亚洲各国的特色食品这里也应有尽有。法国菜、意大利菜、英伦菜式,中餐、火锅,以及来自印度、巴基斯坦、泰国、韩国、日本等的菜式,当然,还有无处不在的麦当劳、肯德基、比萨。既然在一个阿拉伯国度,那么先介绍一下传统的阿拉伯美食吧。
 
     1、传统的阿拉伯美食
  (1)Shawarma(沙瓦玛):由羊羔肉或鸡肉做成的菜肴,另外还配有西红柿、咖喱汁、薯条等。而不同的餐厅由于采用的原料和配料有差异,所以味道也多少会有所不同,但这都都无法改变该菜是迪拜最受欢迎的食物之一;

 
  (2)Shaearma(沙威玛):土耳其烤肉串,浸渍过的嫩羊肉或鸡肉贴在垂直烤炉上烧烤,然后切下薄片蘸上蒜黄酱加上青菜、薯条卷进阿拉伯面饼(pitta braed)食用;【其实和第一个是一样的东西啦~】

  (3)Falafel:阿拉伯法式油炸食品,看上去有些像肉饼,不过味道确实别有一番滋味;

 
  (4)Pita(阿拉伯大饼):迪拜本土美食,由特制的炉子烘烤而成,外脆里嫩,鲜美可口。热气腾腾地端上来,形状像个胖胖的小枕头,小心地撕开一个角,里面的热气就跑出来了。这种饼趁热吃有种淡淡的甜香味,空口吃也很好。本地人吃大饼时都要蘸霍姆斯酱,就着酸黄瓜条和青菜;

 
  (5)KABAB|Shawalma:阿拉伯菜系中比较著名的两道烧烤,烤羊肉串和切片烤肉,选用羊腿和背脊上的瘦肉,切成拇指见方的块状,再加入胡椒、盐、葱、姜、大料和橄榄油等作料,然后串在长约1米的铁钎上,放入烤炉中,待肉色变得黄脆,出炉即食;

 
  (6)哈尔瓦:阿拉伯人甜品。小小的一块点心,表面却涂满了一层层的糖,糖上还浇上蜂蜜,蜂蜜上再加一层糖,吃一口,满嘴流蜜;

 
  (7)Mhallabiyeh:在厚厚的鲜奶米布丁里滴入上好的野生蜂蜜,再撒上碾碎的开心果仁,口味不那么甜,能被外国人接受的一种比较健康的黎巴嫩甜品;

 
  (8)Harees:切片的肉和碾碎的小麦加上水以文火炖煮直到变为粥状;

 
  (9)Machboo:用大米、洋葱和肉加上香料盐和一种叫做loomy的柠檬一起炖煮而成,适合午餐食用;

 
  (10)Mohalla:由面包加上蜂蜜和鲜枣汁之作而成,是典型的早餐;

 
  (11)Foul medames(埃及豆) 小黑豆加上大蒜慢煮,在自助式早餐上经常可见;

  (12)Tabbouleh:切碎的的洋葱、薄荷加上磨碎的燕麦;

 
  (13)Wara enab:外裹葡萄叶的碎肉米饭团;

 
  (14)Fattoush:包在考皮塔饼里的绿色色拉;

 
  (15)Hareis:口味浓郁的炖燕麦和嫩羊肉;

 
  (16)Matchbous:辣味羊肉配米饭;

  (17)Qouzi:烤全羊料理,底下铺米饭和坚果,在传统特殊场合食用;

 
  (18)Hummous:一种用鹰嘴豆和芝麻作成的酱;


 
  (19)Moutababal:烤茄子汁和芝麻酱作成的蘸料;

 
  (20)阿拉伯咖啡:最能代表迪拜“本土”特色的是本地的阿拉伯咖啡,不管你是去酒店入住还是去当地人家做客,迎上前来的总是一铜壶阿拉伯咖啡和一个小杯子。这种咖啡味道非常淡,一丝浅浅的椰枣的酸甜味若隐若现。 

 
  另外,阿拉伯面包、水果汁等也很不错。
 
  迪拜的饭店内设有大量的餐饮场所供应各式各样的菜肴,不仅服务住客,本地居民也常常光顾。这些餐饮设施形式各样,从咖啡厅到正式的餐厅,或是具有特殊主题的餐饮中心,服务精良堪称世界水准。迪拜的夜生活方面也同样多姿多彩,许多活力四射的酒吧、酒廊、迪斯科舞厅、夜总会都营业至凌晨。许多餐厅都提供自助餐,您可以找到许多来自黎巴嫩、北非、伊朗及附近海湾国家的中东食品。典型的食品包括鹰嘴豆芝麻酱料Hummous、欧芹菜薄荷酱料Tabbouleh、烤肉如羊肉或鸡肉、辣米饭、酿蔬菜如小胡瓜,甜品有很受欢迎的Umm Ali,它是一种甜面包布丁。除此之外,各大酒店的西餐自助价格基本在100-200迪拉姆之间。特色的法餐、意大利餐、西班牙、墨西哥、土耳其、日本、韩国、泰国、印度餐等等,以及各种品牌快餐。很详细的资料可以在http://www.timeoutdubai.com/这个网站上找到。
