一项最新调查显示，随着消费者日趋倾向于“线上——线下”的购买模式，迪拜和阿联酋其他地区的购物中心正从网购浪潮中获利。

尼尔森市场研究公司最近做了一项电子商务的全球调查，研究全球消费者的网购意图，该调查发现，耐用品和娱乐产品在迪拜的网购意图自2011年起已增加一倍，包括电子书和活动门票。

然而，尽管网购意图高涨，在线浏览商品的增加却为实体零售店带来了更多顾客，大量的迪拜购物中心都迎来了史上最高的客流量。

这是因为阿联酋以及中东其他地区或许正处于这样一个时期：网购，确切地说是在线浏览，正在刺激实体店的销售，因为这些购物中心能提供真实的购物体验。

“在中东，在线浏览多用来进行购物前的商品搜索，通常都是购买生活必需品。”尼尔森阿拉伯半岛分部的总经理Arslan Ashraf说。

“购物中心和商业街推动了消费的娱乐化，同时它们也是聚集中心：一个人们可以碰面、建立联系、融入其中的真实空间。这种体验是网购没有的。”他补充道。

尼尔森公司的这项最新的在线调查吸引了60个国家的3万多名网络用户参与，反映出在电子商务日趋风靡的背景下，全球消费者购买消耗品和非消耗品的意图的概况。

该调查显示，约50%的阿联酋被调查者在未来六个月打算进行一次网购，购买高信誉的产品，包括机票（57%），预订酒店（48%），活动门票（43%）。

分析数据可以清楚地看到，除少数商品外，多数阿联酋消费者会到商店购买，或是在线浏览一些商品，但最终并没有选择网购，因此实体店和零售商便从中获利。

在购买活动门票和电子书，或是预定旅行和酒店方面，在线搜索和购买密切相关：那些在线浏览的人往往也愿意在线购买。

另一方面，与非消耗品相比，消耗品的在线浏览率或是购买率较低，但是它们的“浏览——购买”之间的相关度则不相伯仲。

比如，在音乐方面，31%的参与调查的阿联酋居民表示他们会在线浏览，26%的人表示他们会购买，二者比例十分接近1:1。

类似地，约25%的阿联酋被调查者表示他们浏览并购买录像带、DVD、游戏光盘（29%/24%），约20%的人浏览/购买鲜花（22%/21%），玩具/洋娃娃（22%/21%）。

在线浏览率高于在线购买率的产品包括：手机，电子设备，汽车/机动车。

这些产品价格昂贵，往往需要在购买前体验其性能，其“浏览——购买”之间的差异约为6%。


然而，阿联酋消费者逐渐改变的生活方式意味着我们越来越倾向网购新生产品。

该报告认为，食品以及其他消耗品的网络市场虽然不如非消耗品那样旺盛，但是它正在显示其潜力。

报告显示，2011年起，阿联酋网购化妆品的意图达到19%，上涨了5%，食品类达到18%，上涨7%，婴儿用品达到17%，涨幅高达9%。

在网购所需的设备方面，电脑是所有被调查者进行在线浏览和购买时最喜欢的设备，在中东和非洲地区，手机紧随其后：53%的阿联酋受访者使用手机进行网购，比世界平均水平44%高出了9个百分点。
