由知名房产开发商Kleindienst所打造的”漂浮海马”(The Floating Seahorse Villa)属于欧洲之心(The Heart of Europe)的主打项目，位于迪拜世界岛上。欧洲之心集酒店度假村和私人沙滩别墅于一体，致力打造为迪拜下一旅游黄金点，六个人造岛屿完美融入51个欧洲国家元素，2座七星级酒店，1座六星级酒店和10座五星级酒店及度假村，300个生活服务配套设施，并将开创多个新的世界纪录。整个项目预计2019年赶在2020迪拜世博前完工。
欧洲之心项目的规划蓝图
从Jumeirah乘坐游艇出发20分钟左右就能抵达世界岛，沿途将迪拜各种地标建筑的景象尽收眼底。值得一提的是当游艇驶近世界岛范围的时候能明显感觉到波澜平静，犹如在湖泊上行驶一般。据介绍，世界岛整体外围250米处构建了一圈防波堤，起到良好的缓冲作用，即便外海惊涛骇浪，世界岛内依然风平浪静。

登岛后换上快艇，终于要亲眼见证这个价值千万的梦幻别墅了。从外观上看漂浮海马别墅，实物还原度相当的高。海马别墅建筑面积超过4000平方英尺，共分为三层，海面上两层、海面下一层，并在别墅底部设置人工珊瑚礁保育海洋生态。
登上漂浮海马厚一进门就是面朝大海、视野宽阔通透的客厅。这个日常起居空间采光优良，温润的木质地板与海天一色的景象，让人感到无比的惬意与舒适。
而客厅外这个类似甲板的地方则可以享受日光浴，甚至透过这层网看着鱼儿从身下游过。远处的哈利法塔你都看到了吗？
来到令人期待的水下卧室，超大的落地玻璃窗让你能将海底美景尽收眼底。
水下浴室景观，沐浴时都可以跟海底世界零距离，沉浸在迷幻的蓝色国度里。
空中楼层的酒吧跟按摩浴缸，让人小酌一番后边泡澡边享有漫天星空与美丽的海景。
参观完漂浮海马后，我们还来到了位于瑞典岛上的一座即将完工的瑞典皇宫海滨别墅(Sweden Palace)。同样作为欧洲之心的一部分，瑞典岛上将有全球限量的10座瑞典皇宫别墅，其中5座的家具将由Bentley Home宾利家具提供。别墅附带的沙滩同样是永久性产权，而且岛上绿化相当好，完全有种来到雨林的错觉。
