早前就听说迪拜要开一家中餐和阿拉伯菜融合的餐厅，当时我几乎想象不出这种奇怪的组合究竟能做出什么美味以至于非常不屑，然后我就……
于迪拜La Mer开业的新晋餐厅”沙漠人“放在迪拜数千家餐厅中都是最特别的一个，这是迪拜首个主打中国+阿拉伯融合菜系的餐厅。言下之意就是你可以在这里吃到中餐、阿拉伯菜以及中阿融合菜。
至于这家餐厅的诞生记和为什么要做中阿融合餐厅，必须要提到一个人 — 迪拜中华餐饮集团的创始人韩学斌先生 — 他是迪拜中餐史上不可绕开的传奇人物。
韩先生早在1969年就从台湾赴约旦学习阿拉伯语，之后游历于中东各国从事商贸活动，1981年接手迪拜中华餐厅后创办中华餐饮集团，如今在迪拜各大商场到处可见的Chinese palace和Panda Chinese便是他一手打造，之后韩氏家族代理了大名鼎鼎的鼎泰丰，成为名副其实的阿联酋最大的中餐集团。
韩学斌先生于2010年出版了自传《留学烽火中东》，记录了自身40余年的中东游历及创业经历。
游历中东诸国的韩先生
沙漠人便是以韩先生早年游历中东诸国的经历为主题的一家纪念性餐厅。餐厅的装饰中有着许多韩先生早期的老照片，记录了这位传奇人物的发展史，有着强烈的个人印记。
虽然餐厅主题有纪念意义，但还真不是玩票之作，不仅有着韩氏家族强大的餐饮团队操刀，在餐厅环境上也极具设计感，服务标准更是向鼎泰丰看齐。同时餐厅坐落在人气海滩La Mer，周遭的环境也令人赏心悦目，吃完还能顺便品逛一番。
沙漠人的菜单令人着迷，可以看到许多极富创意的菜品，光看名字就让人跃跃欲试。虽然做的是中阿融合料理，但其实中餐的比重更大一些，华人朋友可以直接把它当作一家中餐厅来看待，我们的点选也主要基于中餐为主。
胡辣汤
先来开胃暖胃的胡辣汤，胡椒味非常浓郁地道，还是挺辣的，而每一份汤都会搭配一份阿拉伯饼，用阿拉伯饼蘸汤是奇妙的吃法。另一个摩洛哥蔬菜汤也有着酸爽开胃的滋味，两种汤品各有千秋。
羊肉生煎包
能在迪拜吃到一份生煎包，夫复何求呢！生煎包3个起点，个头不小，每一个都有硕大的肉馅，外皮有嚼劲，底部脆脆的，和国内的生煎包一样的味道。
牛肉馅儿饼
馅饼咬开后肉汁都差点飙出来了，内部的汤汁被锁死，有着丰富且油润的感觉，同时也有着不俗的香气。
沙漠人炸鸡翅
蒜香炸鸡，滋味非凡，肉汁也很丰富，作为炸鸡爱好者来说会给它很高的分数，可以暂时忘记KFC之流了。
北京烤鸭配阿拉伯大饼
这是真正的中阿融合菜，谁能想到北京烤鸭配阿拉伯大饼居然能迸发出这样的火花。油润的鸭肉搭配蔬菜和特制酱汁调味，被厚实且有韧性的面饼包裹，有着多层次的口感。此外沙漠人还有北京烤鸭shawarma，下次一定要尝尝。
中东腊肠炒饭
这绝对是我在迪拜吃到过最完美的炒饭，虽然腊肉不可能是猪肉，但却吃出了那令人怀念的腊肉香气，伴随匀称的酱汁和粒粒分开的米饭和蛋丝，实在令人欲罢不能。而且米饭采用的还是更适合健康的糙米，本身我认为糙米不适合炒饭，但其实好不好完全看厨师的功底，总之这份炒饭我可以打满分。
香辣蒙古炒肋眼
炒菜里最爱这一道，牛肉非常鲜嫩，口感是无敌的，同时调味也恰到好处，酱汁的运用也非常合理，是一道很下饭的菜品。
辣子鸡丁
万万没想到台湾人开的”沙漠人”，辣子鸡丁也能做的那么出色，虽然辣度明显不够，但硕大而又饱满的鸡肉颗粒Q弹有味，还会淋上一些炸米丰富口感，表现非常出色。
葱油饼
葱油饼这种朴实又好吃的主食，在迪拜可是不太容易吃到的，这道葱油饼结合台湾手抓饼的精髓，面皮口感有韧劲，夹杂淡淡的葱香，是令人怀念的味道。
饮品：东方不败
“沙漠人”的饮品中文名字很有意思，独具特色，比如什么“东方不败”，“椰林飘香”，“漂浮可乐”啥的，实在是把自己当饮品店在做。尝试了一款东方不败，巨大的骷髅造型，足够2-3个人喝，实在让我们眼前一亮。
辣巧克力蛋糕
“沙漠人”甜品的表现也极佳，巧克力蛋糕也太大份了，搭配冰激凌是比较西式的吃法，应该会受外国人欢迎吧。（只是取名辣巧克力其实不辣~）
果仁蜜餅起司蛋糕
这道芝士塔料理上下层都是极为脆的脆皮，搭配芝士软软的口感和轻盈的甜味，令人身心愉悦。
总的来说，沙漠人的表现非常抢眼，中餐部分的质量非常高，也绝对符合华人的口味；部分中阿融合菜式也让我们看到了绝伦的创新和精彩的改良；阿拉伯的部分菜品也让中国人很好能接受。作为在La Mer唯一具备中餐的餐厅，势必会成为该地区华人用餐的首选。
