朝圣者在抵达沙特时必须下载Tawakalna APP，并且提前3天申请副朝觐的批准文件。

该指南还指出，前往沙特副朝觐的公民和居民，也必须定好住宿地——包括在抵达沙特后要进行3天的自我隔离——以及往返于朝圣地和住宿地之间的交通工具。
