自新冠肺炎疫情发生以来,党和政府十分关心海外中国同胞健康安全,中国驻迪拜总领馆一直积极为在阿中国同胞抗疫提供必要协助。为落实“春苗行动”,积极争取为领区中国同胞尽早接种疫苗,总领馆一直与阿联酋及迪拜政府保持密切沟通联系。

在阿联酋政府已将持有阿长期签证的中国公民纳入本地疫苗接种计划基础上,经我馆与迪拜有关部门沟通协商和多轮工作,对方现拟同意为领区内持短期签证、16周岁以上的中国公民接种2剂次国药新冠疫苗。

疫苗本身免费,医疗机构现场收取服务费用共计约100迪拉姆。为准确统计领区内持短期签证中国公民接种疫苗的真实意愿和实际需求,为在阿落实“春苗行动”提供科学依据,特制定以下统计表,请有接种疫苗需求的持短期签证的领区中国公民认真填写统计表，具体安排如下:

一、填报时间 : 2021年5月21日-24日。

二、填报方式:请用微信扫描下方二维码,登录后认真填写,核实无误后提交。

三、注意事项:

(一)此次统计仅为摸底了解领区持短期签证阿中国公民实际接种意愿和需求,作为正式启动接种登记工作时的重要参考。

(二)请根据个人情况准确、如实填写。
